Casa Nocetta M is a characteristic and welcoming apartment that is part of an ancient country house surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps five people. From Casa Nocetta M you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Casa Nocetta M is 50 square meters (540 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a panoramic private terrace, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 3 km (1.9 miles) from the center of Montefiascone, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the beach at 7 km (roughly 4.3 miles). You will reach Casa Nocetta M from the parking area along a route that includes approximately six stairway steps.
To stay at Casa Nocetta M you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space. Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 14 meters (46 feet) long. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, sun loungers and a gazebo. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the hills. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.
Garden
The garden is 5000 square meters (54000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall trees and by a wood roof. The garden is equipped with small sofas and wood benches, as well as with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the surrounding countryside and of the hills. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Wellness room with bathroom
You will be able to enter the wellness room from the garden through an external access. In the wellness room you will find a sauna and a chromoterapy shower. Here you will also find a heated jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with six seats. This room has a bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. Please note that use of the wellness facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. Parking
The parking area is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.
 Patio
The patio is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy an enchanting view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside.
Living Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner electric cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Mezzanine Level
In the living room you will find an open mezzanine level, without door. You will be able to access it climbing 12 steps. The furnishings of the mezzanine include a desk. Here you will find a French bed (120 cm/47 inches).
Bedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the swimming pool. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
