The Incanto apartment, inside a complex by the Sardinian architect Roberto Virdis, is your personal postcard on the crystalline waters of Sardinia. Attached to the 3rd Beach of Golfo Aranci overlooking a stretch of sea with shallow water, it is ideal for those who want to experience the sea from sunrise to sunset and for families with children. You will get used to awakening with the sound of the waves crashing on the rocks and you will hardly want to leave this enchantment.
It consists of living room with sofa bed, kitchen, double bedroom overlooking the sea, bedroom with two single beds (can be joined as needed), two bathrooms with shower. A private parking space is available for guests. The apartment has a dishwasher, a washing machine and a microwave.
The apartment is ideally located to walk to the supermarket, bars, restaurants as well as the center of Golfo Aranci. Sardinia and this area of ​​summer are very crowded so having a beach nearby equipped as well as being able to move in the evening even without using the car can make your vacation more relaxing.

Relax e natura

Penso di essere stato in pochi posti come questo, la possibilità di vivere una se pur breve vacanza in un luogo così unico nel suo genere è sicuramente indimenticabile. La posizione dell’appartamento e la sua meravigliosa vista ha fatto il resto. Il proprietario Stefano, sempre disponibile, ha contribuito a rendere questo soggiorno perfetto.

Tolles Objekt in einmaliger Lage

Wir haben hier einen tollen Urlaub verbracht. Die Bilder können die Schönheit der Lage der Wohnung und die mega-Aussicht auf das türkise, kristallklare Meer kaum widergeben. Stefano war extrem nett und hilfsbereit, ließ uns schon sehr früh in die Wohnung da wir früh morgens mit der Fähre ankamen. Check-in mit Daniela ebenfalls problemlos (spricht nur Italienisch...). Wohnung großzügig, sehr sauber, modern und neuwertig komplett ausgestattet. Zu Fuß etwa 10 min. an die Promenade wo es viele Restaurants gibt. Wir können Stefano und sein Apartment nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und werden - wenn möglich - sicher wieder dort Urlaub machen ! Mille Grazie !

Posizione mozzafiato

La Sardegna si presta già da sola a vacanze indimenticabili grazie a tutta la bellezza che offre ma vederla da questa angolatura sicuramente regala un soggiorno raro. La casa è perfetta per due e per più persone, nulla da dire sulla pulizia e sull'accoglienza. In casa è tutto curatissimo a partire dalle travi fino alla privacy delle camere separate ! Davvero un luogo che consiglio per chi ha voglia di passare delle belle vacanze. Il mare a due passi è impagabile e soprattutto CHE MARE !!! Grazie ai padroni di casa !!

Un paradiso

Mare mare mare.... Mi sono sentita a casa anche se qui il paesaggio, il clima e soprattutto la vista sono decisamente migliori!! Comodissimo aver tutto sotto mano (spiaggia, ristoranti, supermercato) soprattutto per chi come me non ha L auto. Unico "difetto": nella struttura si sta talmente bene che non si vorrebbe più andar via

una splendida casa fronte mare (e che mare, quello della sardegna!!) pulita, ben tenuta, fornita di tutti i comfort. abbiamo trascorso dei giorni memorabili in famiglia. perfetta per bimbi!
