Once you have arrived submerse yourself in our luxury. We have carefully planned and prepared for your stay, insuring all available amenities are present.

Our home is located in a natural reserve and bird sanctuary where you may have the pleasure of seeing many pink and white Spoonbills, various birds of the Caribbean as well as tarpon, permit, bonefish and wildlife such as deer, dolphins, and crocs. (Which are not aggressive) However, please do not feed nor approach any wildlife you see, and only swim off the frontside of the property. Ambergris Caye is made up of 60% mangroves and lagoons which are the natural habitat for a variety of species and we do not recommend swimming in the lagoon areas. San Pedro's most popular restaurants, beach bars, night clubs, grocery stores, markets, spas, and tour companies are all within footsteps from our dock and San Pedro's Airport and Water Taxi terminals are literally 3 blocks away. No need to rent a golf cart for your entire stay unless you want to...but I highly suggest renting one for a day or two to check out Secret Beach (not-so-secret anymore) and north/south of the island.

You will have access to the entire home except the laundry room. Housekeeping offers a complimentary mid-stay laundry service for stays of 5 nights or longer.

Our location is prime!! Located a 1/2 mile from downtown San Pedro across San Pedro's beautiful lagoon...only a 2 minute scenic water taxi ride that is available day/night. We supply you with all the contact numbers you will need, and our boat driver is available at any time of the day. We offer complimentary scheduled water taxi trips between 7:00AM - 10:00PM (usually every other hour) and any additional trips made outside the schedule are an additional fee of $20 for 1-4 passengers with each additional passenger being $5/pp each way.
The Water Taxi remains at the property at all times and is only used to go to/from town. (A scenic 3-5 minute ride across a half mile of San Pedro's beautiful blue lagoon).
Golf carts rentals can be arranged.

Private Chef Services are available at an additional cost as well as Online Grocery Provisions. I highly recommend pre-ordering provisions so you needn't be bothered with all of the running around, especially upon arrival. There's nothing better than seeing the huge smiles on our guests faces when they open their fridge and see all the cold beers and snacks waiting to be opened. And for a most perfect arrival....throw in a private dinner being prepared just for you and add the scent of it all with that cold beer...mmmmm welcome to your home away from home!
