Three Dolphins is an elegantly furnished estate on the British West Indies Isle of Anguilla and provides a private luxurious escape for families, couples and friends alike. Purchased by its' current owners, Lisa & Steve in 2017, Three Dolphins has undergone numerous upgrades over the years including the most recent renovation begun in September 2024 and completed in March 2025.

Overlooking its own secluded small strand of white sand beach, Three Dolphins has breathtaking views of the neighboring islands of St. Maarten, St. Bart's and Saba. The Villa offers a totally equipped enclave for a family or small group holiday.

Three Dolphins is truly a luxurious and beautifully appointed villa. The property is comprised of the Main House, with three air-conditioned bedrooms suites, living and dining rooms, and office / TV Room all fully open to the outdoor decks and terraces through wooden louvered doors. Two air-conditioned bedroom suites in the Cabana complete the accommodation.

An adjacent Gourmet Kitchen, with windows and doors that connect with the outdoor dining area, can be used to prepare simple Al Fresco meals or a multi course catered dining event. Outdoor decks with ample seating surround the ocean front 50X15 foot saltwater pool including a new covered Gazebo.

Three Dolphins is positioned on a small beach in front of the villa, with easy gate access from the front of the property. Watch friends and family snorkel from the over-beach wooden deck or the upper level bedroom balconies or relax on one of the many breeze cooled verandas.

The villa is maintained by a Team who have been with the villa for years, and together they ensure that our guest's needs are consistently provided for. A Guest Manager / Concierge is also available to personally tailor your stay, from booking to departure ~ helping organize all of your vacation needs from arrival provisions. Private Chefs, Babysitters, excursions and reservations.

Absolutely amazing!

Start to finish an amazing house and staff. A perfect location and view with a luxurious set of amenities. Rita cooked two unbelievable meals and also lined up massages at the house that were incredible. We will be back!

Peaceful Getaway

Three Dolphins was a perfect peaceful getaway. Rita and the entire staff were helpful, efficient and all so kind! From daily cleaning, a welcome dinner and fresh coconuts being cut open for us on a couple of occasions, they were definitely there to help make our stay memorable. The home is even more beautiful in person, very well appointed kitchen and toiletries. Very comfortable bedding and plenty of towels for pool/beach use. They have really thought of everything for their guests! Communication was very easy with the owners and manager and they were all quick to respond to any questions that arose. Steve and Lisa sent a very detailed list of things to do and places to eat, which were all great recommendations and very helpful throughout our stay. Our family enjoyed the main house and it was more than enough space for the five of us(2 adults, 11yr old twins and 6yr old). We are counting down the days for a return trip! We would definitely stay at 3 Dolphins in the future and look forward to doing so one day! Thank you for sharing this beautiful space in Anguilla!

The best family vacation!

Wow! We had THE BEST stay at the Three Dolphins Villa in Anguilla and it started before we even got there! The communication and planning help from Steve and Lisa was the best we have ever received! Not only were they incredibly helpful, but they were truly excited for us to vacation in their amazing home! We fell in love with the staff at 3D's - Rita took care of us like family (she took special care of our grandma - so special!) Aunt Sally and Kathleen kept the place sparkling and greeted us with the sweetest smiles every morning and Hyson gave us all gardening tips and is just the kindest man! The house itself is exceptional and Steve and Lisa have thought of every special touch to make it perfection - right down to the eucalyptus spa spray for the showers! There was not one thing we needed or would have done differently - we all fell in love with Anguilla and with Three Dolphins and we can't wait to come back again very soon! Thank you so much, Steve, Lisa, Rita, Aunt Sally, Kathleen and Hyson!

A Private Oasis

We absolutely loved our stay here. From the second you arrive you are greeted by warm, friendly smiles from the staff at 3 Dolphins which immediately allowed us to relax and drift away. The view of Saint Maarten paints the perfect backdrop as you walk out of the living room just past the private swimming. The house is perfectly laid out with sea views and private viewing of the sea from every room. Kitchen is well appointed for all your cooking and entertainment needs. Restaurants, beaches are just a few minutes away making it extremely convenient (for some not being on the beach was not ideal but the privacy was bar none) and at the end everyone preferred the location better. The house is in more remote area which is exactly what we had hoped for (no people walking past) just you and the ocean and the magnificent views of neighboring islands. You will not see anyone walking past the villa, it's truly a private getaway. The house comes with 4 large portable speakers for dance parties and relaxing around the pool. Loved Miss Katherine, Aunt Sally and Rita and the communication from the owners was amazing. A truly remarkable vacation. Thank you 3 Dolphins for a wonderful vacation.

Amazing vacation

We had an amazing time staying at the 3Ds. This is the best vacation I have ever had. Rita, the property manager, is amazing. She contacted us a week before we arrived and she gathered a grocery list and menu for the night of our arrival. She met us at the Ferry and helped us track down lost luggage, she made an amazing meal the first night, stocked our fridge and had hot Johnny cakes waiting for us upon our arrival. Rita made us breakfast and a seafood meal as well that were both amazing. She also booked us a waterfront view table at Pimms. Kathleen and Sally welcomed us the first night and showed up at exactly the same time every day to clean the house from top to bottom. All 3 are extremely wonderful, lovely people who we loved being around. The gardener Hyson gave us a tour of the grounds and cut open a coconut for us to enjoy with his machete. The house is amazing, we spent all of our time on the patio, we watched a DVD movie each night selected from a well stocked library. The grounds are amazing and the view is unbelievable, the pictures do not do it justice. The island and the people are amazing. We will definitely be back. The owners checked in on us to make sure we were happy. I can't say enough nice things about the house and the team that supported our trip, I dont think you can find a better rental.

I'm in love ......with three Dolphins

I thought I would never get there. My first trip was planned in August but hurricane Erica changed that. We would have to wait until November. It was definitely worth the wait. The house is beautiful,! The views are awesome, breathtaking and hypnotic. The owners and the caretakers were very friendly and accommodating. I felt as if I was visiting my family. Chef Andy made sure we had good food and good fun. The caretakers Kathleen and Joycelyn made sure the house was comfortable and spotless. The house is filled with beautiful art work done by the owner. I could feel the heart and soul that was put into this villa. Outside of the GREAT hospitality, the island is low key and relaxing. We spent our days exploring the different beaches on the island including the private beach at the house. We were not disappoint. When We were not exploring the island, we were enjoying the pool, admiring the beautiful views and relaxing to the sounds of the ocean. It was an experience that I will never forget. I'm really missing my new love........ Until we meet again Three Dolphins.... Sincerely Vodkia

Peaceful & Exceptional Vacation Experience

This was my family's first trip to Anguilla. I was excited but a bit nervous about selecting a property so far away and the process of wiring payment to this little island of Anguilla. Chelle and I talked several times by phone and she helped us with details around the rental car and ferry arrangements. Upon arrival at the property, 2 housekeepers greeted us and gave us a tour of the home. It is stunningly clean with high ceilings and is well appointed! We used the 3 bedrooms in the main house only. The home is spacious with large shutter doors to the patio and pool area. These doors are in each room which faces the water. We kept the doors open from sunrise until it was time to lock up for the night. The covered outdoor area, the pool, and the beach are where we spent almost our entire time while on the property. My 3 daughters and wife took turns on the bamboo swinging bed. So quiet and peaceful... just what they needed and it was always in use with them. There was a slight breeze on this side of the island the entire week which kept any bugs at a minimum. The hot tub took awhile to warm up when we used it each night. It was a great place to relax and talk after the sun had set. And, the views of St Maartin are spectacular at night. There are small shells and fish in the water right off the beach. The small beach in front of the property can only be accessed by 2 or 3 houses. We were there in "high" season and never saw another person ... it was our private paradise. Wade out to the rocky island to look for larger shells that have washed up but wear water shoes as there are some sea urchins. The housekeepers were there each day except Sunday. They were non intrusive and very helpful. They did dishes, made beds, kept everything clean and even washed and hung up some clothes. There were so many nice touches which I've never had at another property. In addition to the services of the housekeepers for the week, there was a cell phone for our use on the island and a Vonage phone for calls back to the US. The local island population is very friendly. We were greeted with hugs at the church we attended. People were genuinely friendly throughout the island. We've stayed in properties in Sanibel, Naples, Captiva, St John VI, and Playa del Carmen. This was my family's favorite home and vacation. Thank you Chelle for renting such a lovely home!

The location of this property was fabulous. The infinity pool looks like it was seamlessly going into the ocean. The staff was absolutely incredible Kathleen, aunt Sally, Rolanda made our trip all the more special. The owners of the property were fantastic, incredibly helpful, very communicative, and there was nothing that I would suggest to improve. It was perfect.

Outstanding Experience from the Beginning to the End!

For a few in our group this was a return trip to Three Dolphins. Prior trip was nine years ago, prior to the new owners and renovations. We enjoyed our stay then, but absolutely loved our stay this time around! The Planning: Steve and Lisa were exceptional in their communication. Responsive, detailed and had a knack for building excitement for our pending trip. Lisa provided a list of must try area activities and restaurants for our planning purposes. They even connected us with a gym so a couple of the gymnasts in our group could continue to train while on vacation. The Arrival: Rita, the Property Manager, met both groups in our party at both the airport and ferry terminal to escort us back to the villa and ensure a smooth rental car process. Arriving at the villa, we immediately fell in love with the incredible views, the quality of the well maintained villa itself and johnny cakes prepared for our arrival. Rita took the time to show us the property and introduce us to Kathleen and Cindy, who would not only straighten up around us and provide us freshly made beds to climb in every night, but would become our new friends. The Stay: The renovations Steve and Lisa have completed on Three Dolphins are incredible, from the landscaping to the outdoor living spaces, beyond our expectations. The villa is well appointed and had everything our group of 12 (6 adults and 6 teenagers) needed. Kitchen was well appointed and we utilized the grill on a regular basis. The wifi supported the teenagers, maybe a little too well for us parents liking... haha. The A/C units in each bedroom area, kitchen and cabana house were perfect for individual preferences. We all loved the pool and the bluetooth speakers. We always felt safe, both at the villa and on island. Cindy and Kathleen adjusted their schedules to work around our preferences, which was appreciated. Rita and her Aunt Marie provided us an authentic Anguillan dinner one evening, it was delicious! Even a few non fish eaters enjoyed the Mahi Mahi. Our daily struggle was determining whether to go to the one of the beautiful beaches on the island or stay at the villa and enjoy rum punches around the pool. We did a little of both most days. The Leaving: We thought about exercising our possession is 9/10ths of the law rule and staying. But we all agreed a place as special as Three Dolphins needs to be shared! We will definitely be back! Thank you Steve and Lisa for sharing!

The perfect choice

Three Dolphins Villa is a perfect choice for a stay in Anguilla. The location and the view of St Marteen is spectacular and convenient to all of the popular destinations on Anguilla. The owners did a fantastic job remodeling Three Dolphins villa. All of the rooms are beautiful and extremely comfortable and the large doors open to create a feeling that the house has no walls. The generous amenities provided at this villa were the best I’ve experienced at many other previous villa rentals. Additionally, the staff at Three Dolphins was extraordinary. They were efficient, friendly, and helpful and always did their best to be as unobtrusive as possible. The deck, pool and patio area is stunning and a great highlight. It is a great place to relax and enjoy the spectacular view. So while there are many great places to visit while in Anguilla, the days spent hanging at the villa were among our favorite. All in all, Three Dolphins is a perfect choice for a vacation in Anguilla.

The Perfect Home Away From Home

Three Dolphins Villa was the perfect home-away-from-home on picturesque Anguilla. We were fortunate to be Lisa and Steve’s first guests and enjoyed an incredible and indulgent island experience. Three Dolphins Villa is perfectly situated just east of Blowing Point where the ferries and private boats arrive from St. Maarten (the house manager, Rita, met us right outside of the Customs tent to guide us to the villa). All of the beaches are a short drive away – whether your favorite is Meads Bay, Rendezvous Bay, Sandy Ground or even Shoal Bay on the eastern part of the island, they are all easily accessible from Three Dolphins. Local experiences and amenities are close by as well: a morning round at the beautiful Greg Norman designed golf course at Cuisinart, Ken’s BBQ for local BBQ and Le Grand Vins de France for an incredible selection of wines, just to name a few. Between a surprise cake for my boyfriend’s birthday to our clothes being laundered on a daily basis, we felt truly spoiled by the wonderful staff of Rita, Kathleen, Brenda, Hyson and Kelly. No detail was overlooked in the remodel of Three Dolphins Villa and we can’t say enough how much we appreciate the thoughtful attention to detail: luxurious linens, plentiful hangers, all brand-new kitchen utensils and supplies, and even the extra buoyant and comfortable pool floats and noodles… it’s the little things! If you are looking for the ultimate, relaxing island getaway, this is it! There is no other place we would rather stay in Anguilla than Three Dolphins Villa and look forward to our return very soon!

Great Island-perfect property to match the landscape

Our family of 8 just returned from Three Dolphins Villa in Anguilla. First let me say the property was perfect for our large family. The indoor/ outdoor living, fits the island vibe totally. We spent our time outdoors more than in, and always felt comfortable, and relaxed, both on the property and off. My wife loved all of the unique amazing beaches, all a very close drive to the house. We got a kick out of our Rooster(real live ) alarm clock every morning. Jocelynn and her assistant were very sweet, had a lot of info about the island, and were very professional in their work. The food in Anguilla was exceptional everywhere we went, and we ate out all over the island. The beaches were breathtaking, but I must say the people of the island were just as amazing, making us feel at home the entire stay. A return trip is definitely on our radar. Dream Vacation Home

Our large family of 5 adults and 4 children vacationed experienced a vacation of a lifetime at Three Dolphins Villa. Upon arrival at the villa, we were greeted by the lovely housekeepers and given a tour of the property. Standing in the foyer of the villa is surreal as the views of the ocean and St. Martin take your breath away. Pictures on VRBO never did this view justice...it was amazing. The home has everything you need for a luxury vacation. We ate several meals on property, using the outdoor grill and sitting outside on the lighted patio. Our kids preferred dinner at home as they looked forward to swimming in the pool and listening to music from the stereo system. My husband and I ventured out to the loungers on the small deck over the cliff every evening to wind down after a busy day of beach adventures. Each morning i would enjoy my coffee on the lanai or lay on the swinging bed. It was pure relaxation. Our family particularly loved our conversations with the housekeepers. Such lovely people who had great stories to share. They did a wonderful job cleaning the house every day, doing our laundry and just providing us help with anything we needed. The villa owner, Chelle, was very accommodating and patient answering my plethora of emails. It is nice to have a villa owner who is responsive and cares about her guests. We hope that we can return to this fabulous villa in the future but if not, we certainly have amazing memories!

Great Villa for the family!

We did some extensive research trying to find a reasonably priced Villa with the location and amenities to fit for our family vacation. Having some experience in other rentals where the pictures didn't really "tell the story" it was not an easy decision given the investment. Well, I can say now that Three Dolphins was great and lived up to every expectation we had. The villa is very well maintained and has a ton of character from all of the custom woodwork. Chelle was very easy to communicate with and got back to me promptly as I peppered her with questions (our first time to Anguilla). The location is very central and getting to any of the big beaches was easy, although we found ourselves very comfortable just lounging around the pool enjoying the ocean. After visiting some of the beaches and restaurants on the North side of Anguilla where the air seemed to be perfectly still at night, we all decided that we preferred the constant breezes we had from Three Dolphins more southern facing location. We really felt like we were at "home" within a day or so. Kathleen and Joyce were very pleasant housekeepers and they were there each morning for several hours. Chelle helped us find a local chef (Andy) to do breakfast for our group very reasonably so no one had to stress out about any meals. We also asked him to do one dinner for us with local flavors and it was very relaxing to be in our own place for the evening since we had a couple small children with us! We do plan to visit again, and again! Enjoy

Wonderful Beach House!

My family and I worked with Chelle to arrange a fantastic beach vacation at Three Dolphins. We had six adults and seven children and all of us fit comfortably in the home. Chelle did a great job of setting up extra beds for the kids. The house itself was perfect and the two ladies who work there daily are top notch and so helpful. What a treat to have daily housekeeping!! It added to our ability to really relax (esp. the moms!) with the help around the house. Three Dolphins is a lovely property with fantastic staff and we can't wait to return. They took excellent care of us and I highly recommend it.

Wonderful House

Chelle was great to work with. The house and guest house were perfect -plenty of room for 8 adults. The only negative for us was the "beach", as there were no beach chairs, umbrellas, or the like there, and it is quite small and rocky. We used a private chef -Jovantie@hotmail.com for dinners and he was very reasonable and the food was delicious.

Simply amazing

We stayed recently at 3 dolphins to celebrate a very special day for us...our wedding and it was the best place we could have done it! The property is stunning , so spacious and so nicely decorated it makes you feel at home right away! The views are gorgeous and you can see them from all the house which is what you want when you are in such a beautiful island... The pool and and the beach just steps away makes your stay perfect, to be honest having all the facilities we had in the house we barely left!maybe one night out of all the days we spent there.. The girls in the house are so friendly and helpful we will never forget them nor 3 dolphins and hope to be back soon...we highly recommend it for your next holidays!

We spent 4 days at the villa in January 2013. Everything was impeccable: the house sparkling clean, premises are fantastic. The setting, breathtaking. Amenities such as car rental arranged (car was parked at the villa when we came in), wifi, USA direct call phone, all worked well. Staff came in daily to do cleaning and they were the best. Chelle was available for anything we needed. We are a family of 6, including teenagers, boys and girls, and everybody had a wonderful time. Will certainly come back in the not too distant future. So, don't look any further. If you want Anguilla, this is the place.

Everything We Wanted and More!

We came to Three Dolphins right after Christmas for a week with friends and, immediately upon entering the villa, knew we had made the perfect choice for our week-long vacation. Both families have been to Anguilla many times and have rented a number of villas, all of which have been fantastic, but Three Dolphins spoiled us forever. The amenities are vast and we absolutely loved making breakfast every morning in that fabulous, open kitchen with the breathtaking view of St. Martin. Dining alfresco with that view and the beautiful gardens was sublime. Our children, ages 16, 15, 13, and 12, loved exploring the beach, kayaking and swimming in the pool. The two youngest, tween/teen girls, treated the experience like they were on a modeling shoot, taking pictures of themselves in every corner of the property, on every beach and in every restaurant! One evening, we had Patrick from Tasty's prepare a feast of local specialties for us and some friends we met on the island, who were from Italy, and it was a beautiful evening, with a lovely breeze wafting into the dining room, candlelight and a memory that will remain forever. The bedrooms are wonderful and the beds so comfortable, the library was an excellent extra that we used to check our e-mails, print our daily NY Times crosswords (addicted!) and take care of travel arrangements. Kathleen and Joycelyn were terrific, kept the villa in sparkling condition, and were always willing to help. We loved the proximity to many beaches and dining, and spent days at Savannah Bay (Palm Grove), Shoal Bay East (Elodia's), Rendezvous Bay (Sunshine Shack), Cove Bay (Smokey's), and Crocus/Little Bay (Da Vida). One in our party travelled all over the island each morning for baked goods and always returned with wonderful pastries, rolls and breakfast cakes. Chelle was so easy to work with and accommodating. The villa is exactly as advertised and is even more beautiful in person. Thank you for a fantastic week. We can't wait to return!

Lovely spot in paradise

I came here with my little family of three so we only used the two master bedrooms upstairs and not the third downstairs master or the guest cottage. As others have stated Three Dolphins is a great place to call home while on Anguilla. T he pool is lovely and the clear winner with our four year old as his favorite activity on our vacation. My husband and I liked the little private beach too. The ladies that come to the house to clean-up and refresh linens were nice and happy to assist with any of your needs. The space is very open and the outside spaces very welcoming, especially when eating meals outside. The villa is well kept inside and has all the amenities you could think of from towels to every kitchen gadget you could possible need to cook simple meals to elegant dinners. There is an office with great wireless internet that stretches to the living room and upstairs and just to the edge of the first set of outside seating. There are TVs everywhere, plenty of DVDs, books and even a Wii--which we know works but told our 4 year old was broken as we wished for a Wii free vacation! We found Jimmy Buffet's CD, 'Live in Anguilla' and had lots of fun 'family dance' parties on the patio as the speakers are inside and out. Chelle is a joy to work with and was quick to answers my multitude of questions prior to and during our stay. I highly recommend staying at the Three Dolphins.

Imagine leaving COLD SNOWY weather in the morning and landing to 80 degrees and an amazing house ---Your FIRST impressions upon arriving at the house is looking through the lovely Great Room out over the pool and directly into beautiful blue water and St. Maarten. WOW what a way to begin a vacation!!!! We traveled with our adult children (age 24 and 21), two of their friends, and their godparents (8 adults total). We had planned to visit the various island beaches during the week, but ended up spending a couple of days just at the house enjoying the private beach, pool, and spa. We snorkeled right off the private around the rocks and saw lots of young fish. We enjoyed relaxing and just being together (many laughs, board games and good times) -- cooking and eating outside most nights in January -- what could be better? The house was so well stocked with games, music, movies, etc. We went to dinner at both Blachards and the Straw Hat equally delicious but totally different. The location of the Straw Hat directly on the beach adds to the overall pleasant dining experience. This was our first visit to Anguilla and we loved every minute of it. The boys' godparents had been here a couple times before so they showed us around. Traveled to Little Bay jumping off the cliff and climbing the rope which was fabulous (enjoyed seeing all the lovely fishes and corals) -- had to take the boat back since we had too much stuff with us to haul back up; went to Shoal Bay and enjoyed great "RUM Punches" at Uncle Ernie's and several great snorkel spots, and Sunset at Mead Bay was beautiful. All and all we kept a watch on the weather back in the States around Thursday with the hopes for a GIANT Snow Storm so we wouldn't have to leave. Unfortunately for us it came after we got home! We generally try different houses each time we vacation, but we all said we would definitely love to come back to "Three Dolphins" ..... You are so lucky to have such an incredible house ... if you ever decide to sell it, please call us first. Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful home with us and making our time with our children so memorable and special. Now that they are older it is harder to get everyone together. An annual Winter Get Away seems to be the perfect solution.

I have travelled extensively throughout the Caribbean. From having a holiday home in Antigua to sailing down the Grenadines to Looking for a place for a recording studio; I first happened on Anguilla in 1976 while on a recce round the islands. Air Studios, was eventually built on Montserrat, but my heart was always on Anguilla. The island and her people are really truly beautiful and unique. After living in London, which I also still love, I finally moved here permanently in 2000 for the sea and the sunshine and the wonderful friendships I have made.

Why they chose this property

I have been coming to Anguilla since 1977. When I decided to buy a villa, location was paramount. I wanted somewhere near the West End and all the facilities that the West End of the Island enjoys with easy and quick access to the Valley and the Airport and the Ferry to St. Martin. This location could not be better placed to enjoy all the facilities of Anguilla without feeling you are having to drive to get anywhere.

What makes this property unique

Three Dolphins really is on the sea, ..we access the beach from a gate right on the property., with the beach directly in front of the Villa. You really can watch your family/friends snorkel from either the wooden deck over looking the beach or your bedroom balcony or the cabana swinging bamboo bed.

A five minute drive to the Golf Course and two minute drive to the Tennis Academy makes both of those facilities quick and easy from Three Dolphins.

The wonderful Three Dolphin housekeepers, Kathleen and Jocelyn, have been here from the beginning, even before me, and provide great service and will as one guest wrote about them, 'You made our special vacation even more wonderful'.

We are perfectly located for all the World Renowned restaurants and amenities of The West End and Sandy Ground, the Airport and Ferry Terminal and The Valley. and yet not far from Shoal Bay and the East End and Island Harbour.
