Our Country House gives you an opportunity of a fantastic vacation in harmony with the countryside and the beach near Lisbon.

17 km from the center of Lisbon, 25 km from the airport and 3 km from the beaches of Costa da Caparica.

Our Country House is located in the fossil cliffs of Capuchos. It comprises an area of 2000 m2, full of exotic vegetation. It also has a pool and barbecue.

Next to a golf course and horse riding school, and near the beach, this is the ideal place for a family holiday, and suitable for children and young people.

Weekends between friends

We appreciated this house quite confortable with big kitchen and bedrooms, nice swimming pool and terrasse. But, the coffee machine needs to je changed it does allow to make 12 coffees during the same hour. Also, there are a lot of mostikos due to the duck pond water next to the terrasse. And we did not found the pillow for the sunbeds Despite this, a car is needed to go out because it is more than 20-30min by foot to go to the beach. A check in/ check out document would have been appreciated inside the house to know directly where to find things/ buy food / which beach is closer/ how to leave the house.

Chegada / check in atrasado Casa / jardim nao pronto ao chegar (limpeza piscina - cortar relva as 21h) sem nenhum chapéu de sol, nem colchões para espreguiçadeiras… e vossa resposta por vistos, isso todo é normal para a Vrbo

maison ideale pour un groupe famille/ amis

Très belle maison, confortable, grandes chambres et cuisine très spacieuse. bien située à environ 1/4 h en voiture des plages de Caparica. Environ ~ 20 mn en voiture du train et bateaux pour se rendre à Lisbonne. Commerce à proximité (petite surface) très pratique pour les courses au quotidien. Cour intérieure qui permet de se garer facilement et fermée par un portail pur plus de sécurité. La piscine et les jardins sont nettoyés tous les matins. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire qui répond rapidement à vos besoins . 2 points sensibles , il manque un lave vaisselle ( ce qui pour un groupe de 12 personnes est bien appréciable) et il n’y a pas non plus de lave linge, mais 2 éviers extérieurs sont à disposition. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille et n’hésiterons pas à y retourner lorsque l’occasion se représentera.

Loved our time here

The house was so spacious, clean, quiet, and was in a great location. The pool and outdoor space was amazing. Kids loved the sheep and baby ducks in the property. We would have loved extra pool/ beach towels in addition to the plenty of bath linens that were available. Mosquitos were awful in my son's bedroom despite the window being closed. He was so bitten up that we had to head to the pharmacy for allergy cream. This isn't the host/ property's fault, but I suggest that you close all the bedroom doors at night, turn off lights and turn on fans to prevent mosquitos from entering the room. We would definitely stay here again!

Boa casa e boa localização

Casa com tudo o que se pede para uma boa estadia com amigos. Boa limpeza, bons utensílios, bons quartos e fácil comunicação com os proprietários. Pontos negativos, diria que o wi-fi foi muito inconsistente e o custo pela cadeira partida foi um bocado elevado.
