Enjoy the cool breeze and panoramic ocean views while relaxing in the terraced garden, or have a BBQ in the sheltered patio area. Nearby Yanchep Lagoon offers a beautiful swimming area, unique along this stretch of coastline.

This property sleeps up to 5 adults in 3 bedrooms. The configuration is a queensize bed in the main bedroom, two standard single beds in the second bedroom, and a standard single bed in the third bedroom.

Quilts, blankets, linen, towels and tea towels are supplied. Please bring your own beach towels.

There are ceiling fans in the loungeroom, main bedroom and second bedroom, as well as a portable upright fan.

The kitchen is fully equipped including fridge, microwave, electric kettle and toaster.

Off-street parking available - driveway sloped, so not suitable for caravans or very large trailers. Trucks not permitted in driveway.

Sorry, no pets. No school leavers.

A lovely bungalow in great location

Older property but comfortable and lovely outside areas. Minutes walk from beach and only a short car journey to shops and Yanchec lagoon. A great place to stay north of Perth. Highly recommended, we will return next time we are in the area.

Unit very clean and tidy and as described with towels and linen provided. Arrived very late at night but no beverages supplied. Would have been nice. Extremely hot days but no aircon. Impossibly to sleep with 40deg days. No wifi was a bit disappointing. No steaming services availabile either.

Great little spot

We spent two nights at this property with our daughter. Very clean and a great central location to all Yanchep has to offer. The property is well supplied with everything that we needed. Hosts communicated really well. Highly recommend driving out to Yanchep Inn for a meal.

Winter Stay at Yanchep

Overall, the house was as described. The hot water with the electric booster was great. The only downside was the lack of sufficient heating for a winter stay; only one oil filled heater, two would have been better. We had the opportunity to speak with Ray about the microwave but I'm concerned about how high it is for short adults.

Short Holiday for a Special Friend

Hi, a friend who needs constant specialist care needed a break from his unit, so when his toilet needed fixing and he couldn't use it for 24 hrs, I took the opportunity to book him and his carer into your Holiday accommodation. He loved it, the change was good for his soul and location was perfect. His carer also needed a little 'holiday' break.
