Beautiful home on Lake Placid Florida with 4BR/3BTH fully furnished. Great home for entertaining. Great lake for fishing, water skiing, wake boarding, tubing or just relaxing. The upper Bedroom/Loft has a Pool Table, Shuffle Board Table. The Gourmet kitchen has a gas stove, living room has Vaulted ceilings and large straw fans, fire place, screened in patio, long dock and beach. Great fun for whole family. 4th Bedroom is game room and can easily sleep six + kids. Dock is a great place to watch the sunset and have a cocktail. Bring your own boat if you choose there is a launch area just 2 blocks down the street.

Beautiful home and super sunsets. The proprietor was very gracious in all communications and quick to resolve any issues. The location is amazing and we would stay again in a minute.

Gorgeous sunsets and plenty of space

We enjoyed our stay, as usual! Plenty of space for everyone, location is perfect, sunset views are gorgeous. Our kids always love the 7 shower heads in the master bath, so that’s a plus. Also a fun fishing spot to catch and endless supply of crappies, the kids are easily entertained by this. Grab some worms from the guy across the main road and enjoy!

Great house for a big group and beautiful sunsets

Very happy with this rental. Sunsets were gorgeous. Tons of house space. More than enough activities to keep kids entertained. Communication with owner was very easy too. Will definitely rent again if available! Thank you!

July 4th Weekend Trip

Overall we had a great trip and enjoyed the house. The house itself needs cleaned better but it is not unlivable by any means. We found dead bugs and empty bottles under one of the beds. During our stay the refrigerator quit working, the owner quickly responded to help us but it did not fix our problem. There was another refrigerator in the garage we were able to use. The owner does quickly respond to messages and is very helpful during your stay. It was a fun weekend but would recommend the house be cleaned better.

Wonderful Lake Placid Home

For the 3rd straight year, this has been a great house for spending the July 4th week with my extended family. The owners are very accommodating and the house with lake dock a wonderful retreat for all ages.

Lake Placid was a perfect getaway for the family

We discussed where we would like to end the year and all agreed a lake house. We did some searching and found Gavin and this beautiful home right on Lake Placid. The large custom home was fantastic, clean and well appointed for our needs. We enjoyed cooking in the gourmet kitchen, grilling out on the back porch, boating, fishing and tubing on Lake Placid and enjoying the fantastic sunsets on the dock. Everything was great, owner is super responsive and made our stay a memorable one! We will definately return soon!
