Beautiful location at the Horizons Golf Resort . This is a peaceful and very quiet location , fantastic views from all levels of the lake and golf course.
Spacious two story townhouse with large bedrooms , master bedroom has its own balcony with comfortable lounge chairs .
Nature abounds at your front door with afternoon visits from kangaroos ,5 min walk to the local beach , access to kilometres of walking trails. Also dont forget a world class golf course just at the front door with a putting green in your front yard. First class clubhouse with full bar and restaurant facilities 100 metres away .
This has been our private holiday home and we are now opening holiday home for guests.We want guests to enjoy family time as we have included a board games pack and a small library if you would like to rest and just read a book on the balcony and just relax. The Salamander Bay shopping centre is 5 mins away ,beaches 10 mins and restaurants close by at Nelson’sBay or Soldiers Point.

Old and tired
Good location and outlook but the unit really needs a major update. We complained to the owner on the first day about the BBQ not having a gas bottle and the front screen door wouldn't shut. The owner replied he'd had a fire with a pervious tenant and would not provide one. This was disputed by neighbors neighbors. We were told a tradeperson would look at the door first thing Monday, no one came. The kitchen only had a small 2 burner cook top and small microwave, no stove, oven or griller. The owner tried to compensate for lack of facilities with a small electric grill and air fryer which were filthy. The unit was advertised as 2 bathroom's, there was only 1 with a cracked toilet and one separate toilet. When we arrived the unit was dirty, long black hair in bathroom sink, short black hair in bathroom and other rooms. Under bed rubbish and neurofen tablets, so glad we saw them before our puppy did. Would not recommend this property to anyone. Regards Bill and Jill

Lovely relaxing stay.
Lovely property on lovely grounds with wonderful hosts. The kangaroos hopping about was an unexpected and delightful bonus. We will be back.

Gorgeous
As a family with older sons, we had a wonderful stay. Very roomy, all amenities that we needed. Would have been great to be able to use the BBQ and get Netflix on the TV but these are only minor things. Access to the golf course amazing. Thank you.
