About this property

Fabulous on the Bellarine, great views.

Note: Advertised fee accommodates up to ten people. Consecutive weeks are available by request.

Four bedroom, three bathroom home with three living areas and two large decks both perfect for alfresco dining or just relaxing and admiring the fabulous views of the bay and the You Yangs,

Bedding configuration is three queen size beds and two single beds. The singles can convert into a queen size bed if plenty of notice is given. There is a sofa bed in the sun room which can be utilised.

The home has central heating and cooling, a fantastic fully functional kitchen and a laundry. There is a good sized fully enclosed back garden for children. Pets are not catered for. Just one reason is that our back lawn is Santa Ana Couch and does not tolerate pet wee. Also, pets are not welcome in the home particularly on beds. Boats are not catered for either and one jet ski is by arrangement. Also please leave any e-scooter or e-bike at home.

Plenty to do at Portarlington.
Portarlington is on the Bellarine Peninsula with great day trips to the different towns and picnic spots. Book a fishing trip, ‘Day on The Bay/ Wine Cruise’ or charter a Private Party on Ultimate Adventures. Enjoy a Mussel Tour on ‘Boutique Bay Tour’ which is new for 2023. Take the ferry from Portarlington pier to Docklands, have lunch, enjoy the area and then enjoy the return trip back to Portarlington.

Visit the Portarlington Miniature Railway, the Portarlington Historic Mill or take a ride on the Bellarine Peninsula Railway across 16 kms of Victoria's beautiful Bellarine Peninsula.

Visit the historical township of Queenscliff where you can catch a ferry to Sorrento for a day trip, usually see plenty of dolphins, or visit the many quaint stores that Queenscliffe is famous for.

Oh and don't forget the many wineries which offer wine tastings around Portarlington. Wine Tours also available.

Geelong is only approximately 20 minutes away with plenty to see and do there.

Great location and comfortable facilities

Spent a week with family including a toddler under 2. The place was clean, modern and everything was though of including beach towels, toys for the little plus being able to watch the new year fireworks from the balcony. Couldn’t fault anything, would highly recommend

Lovely experience

Loved that it was clean when we we first walked in. The location and house are amazing! We really loved the layout of the house. I liked it was close to the beach and and to the shops. I also loved how it was kid friendly. Having a walking one year old is hard but I loved that certain areas were closed off and had doors which made life easier. The kids were entertained with the toys provided. Would definitely recommend staying here especially if you have kids and/or a big family. Would love to stay here again in the near future.

Sensational Portarlington Beach Property

Absolutely sensational property only a very short leisurely walk to the town and beach. Stunning 180degree views over the bay to Geeling and Melbourne. Would recommend to anyone wanting to get away for a few days. No expense was spared in the home with every conceivable extra there. The were 3 separate living areas not including the balconies The house was sparkling clean and ideal for 3 couples with 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms and a massive bath in one. Just a fabulous getaway house.

Portarlington weekend

A fabulous place to stay for a long weekend or longer if you have the time. It was very clean and comfortable with a fantastic view of the bay. The back garden was a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the winter sun as was the back lounge area. An easy walk into town so no need to use the car. Highly recommended

We loved our stay at Bayview. Beautiful house with plenty of space and great views. Water at the end of the street. Nice neighbourhood. Loved all the little extras. Things like lots of extra towels and plates etc. Like the chocolates and a nicely stocked pantry of basics just adds that little extra. Kitchen has everything you need from grill to toasted sandwich maker.Lovely and clean with comfy beds. Would definitely recommend.

We loved the food and backyard playground of the Portarlington bakery, the safe swimming beaches, the fresh mussels in abundance straight from the pier & the pub meals are fab matched with local wines.

Portarlington Bayview is in the 'old' area of Portarlington which means you are within walking distance of the shops, the foreshore for picnics and play and also the fabulous pier and the ferry to Docklands. Portarlington Bayview has been an old favorite of visitors to Portarlington prior to our new build which now offers more space and the same great views.
