We have a 3 bedroom house within walking distance of Lake Tyers and a pristine stretch of The Ninety Mile Beach.
If you are a fisherman the lake is a fantastic source of the things that make you happy. Over summer months when the moon is right you can catch your own prawns.
The lake is also great for swimming, kayaking and skiing.
The ocean is great for surfing and swimming or just enjoying natures beauty.
All these things are within 300 metres.
The Water wheel Tavern is also a stroll down the road where you can enjoy a meal or drink while taking in the scenery from the decking.
Lakes Entrance is the closest town which is about 7 mnutes drive away. Here you can enjoy more fine dining, beach going and watersports and shopping.
Great natural tourist attractions surround us and its a place for nature lovers and bushwalkers.



Lake Tyers Beach Lake House - Upstairs

It is a two storey house freshly painted inside and out with ocean and lake views. The entire top floor is an open plan living area with a centralised kitchen.
If you visit us in the colder months there is a fire to heat up the coldest of winter days or nights. We have a split cycle air conditioner to either take the chill off or cool you down.
Everything is designed to capture the views. There is a gas BBQ on the balcony to cook those fish you catch!
A cosy carpeted area to one end is where you can relax and watch television or a movie. The rest of the flooring is polished timber.
There are a number of games and puzzles for the children to play.



Lake Tyers Beach Lake House - Downstairs

The bedrooms are situated on the bottom floor. Our house has three large bedrooms and accomodate strictly only 8 people. Ideal for a large family, two small families or 3 or 4 couples.
The main bedroom has a queensized bed, ensuite and television.
The second bedroom has a queen sized bed while the third bedroom has a single bed and a tri bunk.
When considering our home please take note that STRICTLY NO MORE THAN 8 PEOPLE allowed and 2 night MINIMUM stay. Christmas/New Year and school holidays require MINIMUM stay of 5 nights.
The main bathroom has a shower and bath. The laundry has a washing machine.
A large decking area welcomes you and it is a perfect place to sit and read or enjoy the views.
The smaller rear deck is an area shielded for privacy and quiet enjoyment with a day bed to relax on while you read or snooze.
