This 2-storey home has lovely Hinterland views and large outdoor entertaining areas both upstairs and downstairs. The house has central heating and air-conditiong . The house was ideal for our group of friends. It was spacious and it had a big telly to watch the GF. The hot tub was great. We didn’t get to use the pool as it was too cold and the weather didn’t permit. Overall, great stay.

Terrific holiday with our three children and their partners and four grandchildren. We used the pool every day and the spa every night.

New Years Holiday

Charging a cleaning fee is overrated as bathrooms were not cleaned properly. Carpets and floors were not vacuumed or swept. Went to use the vacuum on the day of arrival and it was not emptied, filled to the brim. Used tissues found in bedside table, used coffe mug found in another bedside time.Outdoor area was good, pool and spa was clean.cof drawer.

Leslie As you know, i came over immediately once you notified me of the issues with the cleaners and i had thought you were happy with how the problem had been sorted out. I am very sorry the house was not cleaned to your satisfaction. All i can say is that this was certainly a " one off" situation and that the cleaning company has been notified of your experience and assure me it will not happen again

lovely property, with some great features, really did enjoy our stay, privacy was a slight issue as there was open viewing of the backyard from the driveway, to which we were not aware of, and it was slightly more warn down then we anticipated how ever it was a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Homey, spacious and lovely stay

Jane was a lovely host and very helpful with letting us know everything about the house. The house itself was very homey, spacious, and clean. Very close to grocery shops and the main beach of Rye. Will definitely be passing on this house to friends and family when looking to stay in Rye. Thanks again Jane :)
