NOTICE--OUR ENTIRE CONDO COMPLEX HAS JUST COMPLETED A YEAR LONG MULTI MILLION DOLLAR REMODELING PROJECT. THEY HAVE DONE BEAUTIFUL WORK AND HAVE ADDED TO OUR ALREADY OUTSTANDING COMPLEX. PLEASE BOOK FREELY AS WE ARE NOW COMPLETE!. Please let me know if you have any questions about the availability of our condo.

This nicely furnished NON-SMOKING condo is ready for your next getaway. Located on the third floor from the ground, large 1698 sq ft end unit with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths boasts an additional 470 sq ft wraparound deck with water views. For your security, an individual door code will be given to each renter. WiFi and unlimited local and US long distance phone calls are provided as well as 4 Smart TVs consisting of a 55" Smart TV in the Living Room, 43” in the Master BR , 32" Smart TV in one guest room, and a 24” in the other guest bedroom. All TVs are connected to You Tube TV so you can watch all your favorite shows and cable channels. The Master BR has a King Bed, a Queen Bed in each of the guest rooms. Full sized washer and dryer included. All bedding and towels provided. (Sorry NO PETS of guests allowed due to HOA rules.)


Amenities: Feel the breeze gently blow across the large wrap around deck as you sway in the hammock with a book in your hand and a beverage next to you or as you lounge in one of the deck chairs. Watch wildlife come for a stroll off to the side of the deck or take a short walk (800 feet) or drive to the beach. If you would rather take a bike ride, 2 complimentary bicycles are available for your use and are stored in the private storage room downstairs at the next elevator area. Downtown Fernandina is only 2 miles away with sidewalks all the way. You can also explore one of the trails at Ft. Clinch State Park which backs up to the condo property or walk along the beach and look for treasures left behind by the waves. Cool off after your adventures in the beautiful pool or soak in the hot tub. Curb your appetite by grilling on one of the gas grills located just behind the pool area and use the picnic table to catch up on the events of the day. Later, use the WiFi to check up on the rest of the world or make a call back home to share about your day at the Beach.

Fernandina: Fernandina Beach is the closest beach in Florida to guests driving from the North. Jacksonville International Airport is only 25 miles away as is River City outdoor mall. Downtown Fernandina Beach on Amelia Island is like going back in time. Many describe this Victorian era village as “ Mayberry by the sea!” The buildings date back into the 1800s and are today used for restaurants, antique stores, gift shops, and our favorite..the fudge and ice cream shop! At the end of downtown is an active marina that boasts beautiful sunset views over the water. Keep a watch for the manatee and dolphins seen frequently, or adventure out on the water on a chartered cruise or fishing trip. Cumberland island is a short ferry ride away and is known for it's wild horses roaming the islands, historic ruins among the beautiful oaks, and pristine beaches...perfect for a day's hike or overnight camping. This is just a terrific place. The unit is in residential area. Very quiet. Everything you need in a kitchen and comfortable beds. If you have young children there are some toys and games for them too. A bonus was the pond below had a variety of birds including hood storks and spoonbills egrets as well. You can see the ocean from a distance and deck is terrific. Easy walk to the beach and beach is lovely. Enjoyed restaurants nearby and a visit to both egans creek and fort behind the condo and entrance around the corner. The town is just charming. Hope to return again. Instructions and information from owner really helpful.

Have stayed here before and love this condo. It’s spacious and well stocked. The balcony/deck is huge with comfortable furniture. TV watching is comfortable with large tv and recliners. Spacious, Airy, Relaxing Retreat

We come to Fernandina Beach every Memorial Day and have stayed at several Ocean Park condos over the years. This is our 2nd year at this particular unit. It is lovely - spacious, with a lovely wrap around porch. Well appointed kitchen. Comfortable beds with good pillows. Will definitely be looking to rebook for next year!

Very clean and beautiful!

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this condo. There was plenty of space to spread out, even with the 5 of us. The beach is visible from the large balcony and there is plenty of shopping and dining just 2 or so miles away. The unit was very clean and well equipped.

We had a wonderful time on Fernandina Beach. The condo was as described - clean and stocked with beach towels, cooking supplies, etc. Only item we could have used is a beach umbrella. We loved the short walk to the beach and access to the pool. Downtown was a short drive. The host was responsive and let us check out late, which was much appreciated!

Perfect Stay at the Beach

This unit was perfect for our family trip with our 2 adult kids. So spacious and offers all amenities you could need. Location is fantastic. We loved sitting on the wrap around balcony at night. And a late afternoon nap in the hammock is just what the doctor ordered. PS. The mattress in the master bedroom was sooooo comfy!

Fabulous Condo!

I loved everything about this unit. The size was perfect for our group, and it is beautifully decorated. The wrap around balcony would be a wonderful place to enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails (had the weather been warmer). The condo had everything we needed, and then some. This was our first trip to Amelia Island. I'd love to visit again, and if I do, I'd definitely want to stay in this lovely place!

We just spent 3 weeks at this condo and loved it. It was as described. It was an easy walk to the beach and some restaurants and an easy short drive to historic downtown. The condo was well furnished esp the kitchen with spices and a crockpot. the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of bedding and towels. Beach chairs and bikes were a nice plus. Would definitely recommend.

This was a relaxing and fun getaway for our family. We especially appreciated the huge deck with hammock, being able to walk to the beach, the proximity to the state park, ease of arrival, fun stuff on the island, amazing book selection, and the most well appointed kitchen I have experienced in an home stay. We really enjoyed the condo and Fernandina. The home is so spacious and nicely designed - very comfortable. We had everything we needed, although some of the garage equipment for the beach could use updating. Also, we would have appreciated the water being a few degrees hotter for showers and dishes, but these were very minor inconveniences compared to the total very pleasant experience.

Family Reunion first timers trip to Amelia Island

Steve & Suzan’s place was perfect for our family to gather since we hadn’t seen my son & his wife since Thanksgiving. We planned this before the pandemic and are so thankful it wasn’t cancelled. The 3-bedroom, 2-bath was great for 6 adults and the unit was very spacious wirh an oversized deck & awesome views! The place was stocked with everything you need for cooking AND beach time. The wagon was super handy and we loved & appreciated having enough beach chairs since we flew in & couldn’t bring any. The adult “kids” biked over to the fort and we all loved our kayak & bike tours of the area and the BYOB sunset sail. Fernandina Beach was a fantastic vacation spot and we can’t wait to come back!!

Wonderful All Around

This condo was perfect all around. The property listing was accurate. The condo is very spacious. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was fairly well stocked (could maybe use some more wine glasses and sharpen the knives...minor thing). The balcony is HUGE- and for those of you renting in the heat of summer, this one gets a steady breeze! Not only is the condo itself great, the complex is nice overall, and the location is ideal in my opinion. There's a park w/playground across the street, multiple restaurants in walking distance. Easy access to the beach. And a very short drive to downtown Fernandina. I don't think you'll be disappointed in this rental!

A Wonderful Place to Stay

My husband and I stayed at this condo in Ocean Park in early April of 2024 with other family members. We have been to Fernandina Beach and the Amelia Island area many times over the past 25 years. It is a sweet community with a lot to offer in the way of beautiful beaches, weather, a lovely downtown, excursions from the marina, shopping and restaurants. We have always felt very safe here. This condo has everything you might need to make a wonderful vacation. Lots of outdoor space in a stellar complex. Great pool, hot tub and outdoor cooking area. The interior of the condo is decorated nicely in a beach theme and is very comfortable, clean and spacious. The kitchen is well stocked with herbs, spices, cookware, utensils, cups, plates etc. The beds are comfortable. And last, but NOT least, the owners are extremely responsive, friendly and helpful.

Wonderful Beach Condo

We've been visiting Fernandina Beach since 2005 and this is our favorite unit in Ocean Park. The owners have stocked it with all the things for a great family getaway. The bikes are a big hit with the kids. The wagon is great to take the chairs and umbrella to the beach. Cooking is easy in the well stocked kitchen. There are family friendly movies, games and books. The large balcony with the hammock is the ideal place for relaxing and listening to the ocean. There always seems to be a breeze so its comfortable even in August! The unit and the entire property is very clean and very well maintained. The owners are friendly and responsive. Their thoughtful touches throughout the unit really help make your vacation extraordinary.
