Spectacular mountain getaway 2 hours from NYC and Philadelphia. This spacious home (approximately 3500 sf) with a pool table is great for families, lay out is perfect for share with lower level separation (2 bedrooms and bath). Enjoy all that Buck Hill Falls has to offer including the best 27 holes of golf, 10 har-tru tennis courts, olympic size pool, lawn bowling, swimming, hiking, and fishing. Year round local attractions include ski areas, water parks, casino, and shopping. House is located on golf course with beautiful views and sunsets over Chestnut Mountain. Gorgeous wood burning fireplace in the living room.

Note the old Buck Hill Falls Inn that was closed and vacant for more than 20 years has been demolished and removed. The land is a park with beautiful sunsets.

Christmas week in Buck Hill Falls

This was an ideal home to spend Christmas week with our grown sons and their families. There was plenty of space to spread out as well as room to congregate for meals and conversation by the fireplace. A fresh snowfall early in the week added to the charm and coziness and allowed our grandson to experience sledding on his own for the first time.

Our family really enjoyed the beautiful home. Every morning we sat on the back deck and enjoyed watching all the pretty birds. Matt was responsive (usually within 24 hours) and accommodating. The only issue was that there wasn't central air-conditioning. Most of the family was comfortable, but my son is sensitive to heat. However, there were window air conditioners in three out of five bedrooms, although one bedroom AC didn't work. We would consider coming again in the winter for a family ski trip, because we enjoyed the spacious home and location. Thank you, Matt!!

This house fit our needs perfectly!

We needed a house for family and friends that was close to our daughter's wedding venue. This house was perfect. We were greeted with a welcoming note and a bottle of wine in the wine cooler. The kitchen had everything you would need and there was ping pong in the basement. We had 6 different couples arriving at different times from different places. Everyone loved it. The house was clean and there was plenty of room for all of us. The back porch was lovely, complete with bird feeders for the bird lovers among us. My husband was able to fit in a morning of golf with family, others went exploring in town, and we even fit in a hike to the beautiful falls. Matt was wonderful to communicate with. Never more than a text message away. I would highly recommend this property for a relaxing get away.

Beautiful house in a nice, relaxing location

Stayed here for a long golf weekend. The location is close to several courses and directly adjacent to the Buck Hill Falls course and amenities. Very clean and up to date house with more than enough room for a large family or group.
