The Condo - 4 Bedroom Villa Close to Beach & Town

Port Douglas Condominium is situated in a near perfect position. It is an easy walk to the heart of Port Douglas and has direct beach access. There is nothing between you and the beach except the tropical rainforest.

The house is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and has secured off street parking for two cars or a fleet of bicycles. With approximately three hundred metres of floor space, tall cathedral ceilings and large outdoor living spaces, everyone will have plenty of room to spread out.

The heated saltwater pool is facing the foreshore and has a timber deck with plenty of seating for everyone. Three of the four bedrooms overlook the pool with those upstairs having their own private balconies. You will wake to the sounds of waves breaking on the beach and birds calling in the rainforest!

There are four large bedrooms all with their own en-suites with marble tiling. White plantation blinds, folding doors, louvres with screens and full air conditioning will assure your comfort. The master bedroom on the ground floor overlooking the pool. Two more bedrooms are upstairs as well as a mezzanine level which serves as a great retreat. The fourth bedroom is on the other side of the house offering a space for that person looking to be away from the rest.

In the centre of the villa is a modern kitchen with Corian benchtops and servery. Everything you could want including a walk-in pantry is provided. All you need to bring is food and wine. A sunny courtyard leads off the kitchen with outside dining and an electric awning / sun shade. There is an additional internal dining table in the fully air-conditioned living area. The entertainment system includes a TV, Foxtel and WiFi internet connection.

You will be pleased to have found such special accommodation so close to nature and the centre of Port Douglas.

Great spot

Convenient, clean, bottle of wine in the fridge on arrival (much appreciated), very roomy, perfect for a family or couples travelling together, lovely pool, close to beach, couldn't ask for better, great value for money.

Large, well equiped house with pool

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property is incredibly well stocked and had everything we could have needed for our week long stay. The location means you can easily walk into town, to the beach or to the marina. Our kids loved the pool in particular- it’s great size, heated and not too heavily chlorinated. Five stars from us!!

A great place for a relaxing holiday

Our family of 6 adults stayed at The Condo and had a wonderful relaxing holiday together. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable and had everything you could need. We made the most of the lovely pool swimming in it morning, noon and night. Would definitely return.

Great place for extended family

Had everything we could wish for. Two grandparents, two parents and two kids had a wonderful week. Great location, lovely house. Although very windy at times. during our stay the pool and backyard were so sheltered ( and shaded) it was not a problem.

Away from it all

Really spacious and comfortable. Everyone had their own suave and ensuite which was great with our family if grandparents and young children. Pool was fabulous and location superb. Access to beach was very easy, literally behind the property. Macrossan street an easy walk too. We will be back!

Beautiful house and perfect for the family holiday Great location 15 min walk to the Main Street The front room by the carport door entrance is very miss leading, we called it the 50% room, very much half as good as the rest even to the point the room has no enclosed ceiling so open to the mezzanine level Needs a little tender loving care maintenance but in saying that we never needed anything very well equipped Overall would certainly recommend As long as you don’t get the front room 😂😂😂

Spacious house with a beautiful pool in great location

This was an amazing property and very well equipped. Loved all the extra touches like pool toys, games for the kids and pantry staples. Very spacious, photos don’t do it justice! A little far to walk to the main street for our toddler (fine for adults) but a very easy stroll to the beach. We found it very accessible and parking was easy everywhere too. Highlight was definitely the pool- beautiful and warm surrounded by trees. Very peaceful and private.

Wonderful stay

The condo was perfect in so many ways. We had 8 adults and 1 infant during our stay. It was extremely spacious with all the mod cons. Would highly recommend this property for anyone large group wanting to holiday in beautiful Port Douglas.

Great house and location

We had a terrific stay. The Condo was the perfect property to accommodate our family getaway. All the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and there were plenty of living areas for us all to spread out when needed. We will definitely return. Thank you.
