Welcome to your perfect coastal retreat! This beautifully appointed tri-level townhome offers all the comforts of home and is ideal for family gatherings.

The main level boasts a spacious living and dining area, seamlessly connected to a fully stocked kitchen with full-size appliances. Enjoy relaxing on the deck, which overlooks the serene Turtle Lagoon, providing a peaceful backdrop for your stay.

On the second floor, you'll find two inviting bedrooms that share a well-appointed bathroom. One bedroom features a queen-size bed and a twin-size bed, while the other offers two full-size beds.

The top floor is dedicated to the expansive master suite, complete with a king-size bed, a private en-suite bathroom, and a large, private balcony overlooking the lagoon.

Seascape Villas offer a tranquil, sub-tropical atmosphere with two swimming pools, scenic walking trails, and charming lagoons connected by picturesque bridges. Additionally, guests have exclusive access to a private Beach Cabana with outdoor showers and separate men's and women's restrooms for added convenience.

Loved our stay

Great location, beautiful property, pools are in a convenient spot from the condo. Everything we needed was there. Turtle lagoon was fascinating for my granddaughters, especially seeing a baby alligator that would visit us. Overall stay is a 5. Will def book again.

Excellent!!

We had a great vacation! The property was exactly as described, clean and had everything we needed. We especially loved the books/ games in the house. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close enough to Coligny Plaza to walk there too. We would definitely stay here again.

Very enjoyable stay

Our family and I had a wonderful time in Hilton Head. The place was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed at the house. The beach was clean and just a short walk away (we took shortcuts behind the house by crossing one of the lagoon bridges). It was never crowded and that was a huge plus. Thank you. We’ll be back soon enough

July 23 Vacation

This place was very nice. Bedrooms were good size and the kitchen had everything we needed. We had an issue with the sink during our stay and maintenance fixed it the next day. Was nice having extra chairs, umbrella and toys for the beach so we did not have to bring everything.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location! We loved the short walk to the beach. The 3 levels worked so well for our family. My husband and I enjoyed having the top floor all to ourselves including a balcony which was a great place to enjoy our morning coffee while enjoying the beautiful scenery. The kitchen while very well stocked was extremely small. The unit was clean when we arrived but we were very disappointed to discover almost every dish was dirty. The good trap in the dishwasher had not been cleaned leaving dried food over every dish, cup, bowl, mug. Yuck! Aside from that we enjoyed the stay & found the location perfect. Feeding the turtles from the deck was a fun highlight.

Great HHI vacation

This condo was perfect - clean, bright, airy and roomy. The layout lends itself well to families as everyone has their own space. The kitchen is really well stocked. I spent many hours on the 3rd floor balcony listening to the fountains and enjoying the lush foliage. The property is quiet and well maintained. The two pools are a 1-minute walk from the unit and were never crowded. In fact I had them to myself in the early morning. The walk to the beach is an easy 10 minutes - just up and across the street. Similarly, the walk to Coligny Plaza is a short easy stroll on the bike path/sidewalk. All in all, this was a great vacation. We will definitely return.

Seascape Villas

We checked in shortly after 4 pm. Very quick and no waiting. Wasn't given info, maps, etc., till going back the next day. The cleaning crew were in the process of cleaning when we arrived. They were not aware we had checked in nor was the office that they had not completed the cleaning before check in. We had to wait and they rushed, so the cleaning should have been better. Everything else went well. Close to the beach and pools and good location to Coligny Plaza.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay here! This townhouse is in a very peaceful setting with a beautiful view of the lagoon and fountains. The decor is nice and the furniture was comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need EXCEPT for an ice cream scooper and pizza cutter! Please get those for the next guests.Be aware that you will be going up and down stairs a LOT, especially if you're staying in the master. We didn't mind but it would not be suitable for elderly or anyone with mobility issues.The 3rd floor bedroom can be kind of warm- the AC has a harder time getting up there. Luckily there were fans in 2 of the bedroom closets. We definitely needed them.The pools are a very short walk and the beach only 10 minutes walk. We would absolutely stay here again!My only feedback for Vacation Time- it was a very hot day when we arrived and the thermostat was set to 76- it took a long long time to cool the place off.Also, we had to figure out the beach access through trial and error. VT should give more specific directions on how to find the path to the beach and the cabana for use. Also, the cabana has one small spigot for washing feet with a long line to use it- it would be great if they could install a second one and maybe add a shower.

All bedrooms were a good size, especially the master which had its own balcony. The living and dining room size fit our group really well and we loved the deck which overlooked the pond with turtles and alligators. The kitchen was tight but was very well stocked with the dishes and appliances we needed since we cooked almost all meals. The unit was a bit outdated but the space and location close to the beach aamade up for that. We wished there was a main floor powder room. Overall we liked that the unit had everything we needed. We booked pickleball times at the HH beach and tennis resort for $20/hour and was a 10 minutes drive away.

Reviewer Comments: Overall the place did the job, but it was quite gross in the condo. You could tell the cleaning crew does the bare minimum. They have cleaned under the couches and beds probably ever. It was disgusting. The carpet has many stains on it and should be replaced or at least deep cleaned. The couch had stains on almost every pillow and some on the cushions. Location was great, close to coligny plaza and across the street from the beach but the inside needs some major deep cleaning and renovations.

Great HHI condo

We loved staying at this condo in Seascape Villas. There is any easy 5 min walk to the beach right across the street from the complex. The condo was spacious. I loved the layout and loved that everybody could have their own space to relax away from the group if needed. There was a small deck with table and chairs for outside dining, large family room with 2 couches(most I looked at only had 1) to relax and watch tv, nice sized dining table and chairs for family meals. The 3 bedrooms were nice sized and it gave each person a space to rest and relax. The kitchen was a little small, but well stocked and plenty of space for us to cook. We ate breakfast and lunch there and went out to eat for suppers. I will definitely stay there again and next time rent bikes.

Great Location!

Our family of 7 really enjoyed this condo! Located 20 minutes (walking) south of Coligny and 5 minutes (again, walking) from the beach. Very quiet and spacious, and the new deck out back was perfect with views of the territory alligator as well as other wildlife. Would stay here again!

Small but roomy

Our family of 5 had plenty of space to hang out. The bedrooms and common areas were roomy. But the kitchen and the bathrooms were a tight squeeze, a strange layout, and the light bulbs were too harshly bright.
