Beautiful 3 bedroom, renovated and extended miners cottage, just metres from Lake Daylesford.

Scenic views from the living room and just a leisurely walk to many of Daylesford's cafés, fine eateries, boutiques and galleries. Just metres from the Lakehouse and the iconic Boathouse and Bookbarn.

Huge outdoor deck, BBQ, gas heater and dining table overlooking the lake.

3 bedrooms, with luxury handmade linen.

2 living areas with comfy sofas to curl up in.

Fully equipped kitchen with s/steel appliances.

Wonderful property

Fantastic Cottage.

The cottage was perfect for getting ready before our daughters wedding and relaxing afterwards. Everything that we needed was there and it was such a beautiful location. Would certainly return to spend more time in Daylesford when we were less busy. Thank you Tony for the ease of check in.

Comfort Cottage

We just loved this cottage and it was beautifully appointed with everything anyone could need. A perfect position, with a view over the lake and the walking track right out the back. Very warm and cosy for a gorgeous winter getaway. I would highly recommend it and we plan to go back again when the weather warms up.

Position perfect

We stayed 4 nights at this wonderfully presented property with all the comforts imaginable. The little extra goodies provided added that special touch. Cosy & homely cottage

A lovely weekend getaway at the cosy cottage. Very warm, well designed & decorated with a very homely feeling. Beautiful view over the lake & a few steps to walking path around the lake. Highly recommend for a couple or group of friends. We will be back.

Beautiful Cottage

We had a fantastic girls weekend at Waterside Cottage. It is immaculately decorated and presented, the beds and couches are very comfy and the view from the deck is stunning. The cottage had everything we needed for our stay. The location allows for easy access to the lake and is walking distance into the town centre. We will definitely return to Waterside Cottage next year.

Wonderful!

Thank you to Tony and Jenny for a truly wonderful stay. The cottage is beautifully furnished and styled. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck, feeding the geese in the mornings and appreciated the short walk along the lake to The Boathouse for breakfast. A nice added touch was a bookshelf full of great books and an excellent selection of coffee table books to look through. Very comfy beds amazing views of the lake. Couldn't ask for more, we will be back next year.

Perfect location, beautiful and functional design

This house is perfectly located on the lake and away from the main road. It is designed and furnished beautifully, crisp linens, strong water pressure, functional and decorative lighting, a kitchen designed for cooking and sharing. I hope they keep the price as it stands, it is worth every cent. And the hosts were available if we needed them.
