A great place to stay for the family. Beautiful views and close to the beach.

Jeremy and family were here for a week in January and were fantastically guests. The place was left in an immaculate condition. Because of family requirements, Jeremy took advantage of the extra rooms down stairs which gave him access to the lower decks so the family could spread out. Normally this area is used for functions but can be used as part of a rental.
We hope to see Jeremy again.

Bawley View,
Beautiful views outside, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen,(heaps of glasses) the furniture is 80’s vibe and the windows really would love to sparkle with a bit of a clean. My boys were happy enough being close to the stunning beaches.
Had a great stay. Really can’t beat the location. Perfect for a family getaway. There were some repairs in progress but these did not impact our stay. Overall it was a bargain for what we got and looking forward to going back.

Andrew and family came down from Canberra. Unfortunately their stay was interrupted by a mistaken quarantine call from the ACT government. We offered them a credit on their next stay. However, the travel ban was lifted and they were able to return and complete their stay.
We had a relaxing stay at Bawley View. We saw pods of dolphins going by and we took easy strolls along the beachfronts. Exactly what we needed, thank you
It was just lovely to arrive at this property and see the amazing view. This place had a really good feel about it. We loved listening to the ocean and watching the whales playing on their way South. Many thanks to our kind host, we were sorry to miss meeting you.

Fiona stayed with us while attending an equestrian event at Willinga Park. There were a few issues with the venue changing their dates but we were able to accommodate Fiona. We hope she will stay with us again.

Rented the property for a weekend getaway as a birthday treat to a keen surfer and we were blessed with beautiful weather, lovely ocean views and a comfortable place to stay.

Marie and partner, were attracted to Bawley View because of its well renowned surf breaks and other natural attractions. They took in No Toes, which is the break in front of the house and ventured into the hinterland up to The Castle. It was a pleasure to have them here and see them enjoy the natural beauty of this part of the world. We hope to see them again soon.
Gorgeous view and superb location 2 min walk to beach for a quick dip morning and afternoon. Plenty of space and the balcony bbq was handy for evening meals. With a deck front and back there were many options to sit in Sun or shade at any time of the day.
Paul and Lyn were so warm and hospitable. Our family of six had a truly wonderful time here. The views upon arrival excited us, and walking proximity to two separate beaches was such a novelty. We saw dolphins and wildlife galore which made the kids so happy. The house is comfortable and had everything we needed, including accommodating our 21 month old toddler. It’s an older house with some flaws, but nothing a good attitude can’t see past! It was well worth the money in our opinion and we cannot wait to return!
The view is absolutely superb! The house was perfect for what we needed - very comfortable with five adults and a baby. A portacot and high chair were kindly supplied for no extra charge. The heater is in the living area so the bedrooms got a little chilly overnight, but plenty of blankets were available. The kitchen is a bit higgledy piggeldy, only basic cookware was available.

Megan and her family stayed with us over the long weekend. She has a young family and we were able to provide a porta cot, high chair and kiddies dining table. We were also able to offer them a late check out. They were a pleasure to host and would be happy to host them again.

Nice Spot - Needs maintenance
Beautiful location. However, the house needs maintenance. Ensuite bathroom doesn't have a blind or shutter and if staying with other guest you have keep the rear end of the balcony free otherwise they get a free peep show along with everyone else outside. The balcony floor needs repair as it has soft spots that need to be fixed. The screen doors fell off when opening and be aware that the house is a dual occupancy. Lovely older couple lives downstairs, just a bit awkward. Some fresm maintenance and it would be a great stay.

Disappointing!
This place does not deserve its current 5 star rating on Stayz. It was not a good sign or a good start to our holiday when we had to bring out the vacuum cleaner on our arrival. The place was dusty and dirty. The views were spectacular but spoiled by the dirty windows. It was obvious that there had been no maintenance done on the property, eg. In the living room, the ceiling and lamp lights were not working; In the ensuite, the shower head holder and flexible cord were broken and the towel rail was off its hinges; and in the kitchen, the hinges of the corner cupboard door need repair.

Dear Jan. Sorry your stay was not up to your expectations. We have been away for some time and have been relying on others to do cleaning and maintenance.Since our return, the windows have been cleaned, although this is a constant job when you live on the water, the lamp has had the bulbs replaced and the shower rail and towel rail have been replaced. With regards to the dining room lights, this requires lifting the roof so depends on availability of an electrician and fine, calm weather. The kitchen cupboard hinges didn't need repair just a minor adjustment. If you choose to book with us again, we would be happy to apply a discount your stay. Overall nice place to stay.
Best views from the veranda, watched dolphins swim past on two separate days. Watched grey goshawk, rainbow lorikeets, the rabbit’s on the lawn. Easy access to the beaches either side of the house. Clean comfortable beds, not flash needs some updating. Host was friendly. Ulladulla only 25 mins to the north and Batemans Bay 30 mins to the south.
My family and I spent a week in January at Pauls place in Bawley Point and loved every minute of our holiday. The views from the house were spectacular and the beach is less than a two minute walk away. Such a relaxing holiday, we can’t wait to come back!
