Location! Location! Location!

Stay Beachfront/Gulf front in 30A in the heart of the Watercolor Resort! Located just steps from Seaside, Watercolor Beach Club, Watercolor Inn, and the beautiful white sandy beach.

This luxury condo is a CORNER UNIT consisting of the TOP TWO FLOORS! The views from almost every window in this two-story open floor plan condo will not disappoint.

Access via wristbands to our PRIVATE POOL as well as ALL of the Watercolor Resort pools with passes are included with this rental. This includes the newly remodeled Camp Watercolor and Beach Club.

Access to several private beach gates are located just steps from this condo.

Each bedroom in this luxury condo has its own renovated bathroom. The main floor consists of a large wrap around balcony as well as an extra balcony for the first floor master bedroom. Also located on the main floor is a newly renovated kitchen which opens up to the main balcony and overlooks the gulf.

The second floor includes a master bedroom with a private deck and bathroom with a shower and free standing bathtub. There is also a second bedroom upstairs consisting of two bunk beds and a bathroom with a shower.

Worth every penny

Gorgeous property with amazing views! Beautifully appointed and steps from beach access. We loved waking up every morning to the gulf views and having coffee overlooking the sand and surf. You get what you pay for at this property and it’s our new favorite after 10 years of staying at different rentals in the area. Owners are very responsive and helpful. We loved it and we will be counting the days until we can return.

Beautiful condo with amazing views

This condo was the perfect getaway for our six person multi-generational family beach vacation! The location can’t be beat with ocean view from both floors, walkability to Seaside shops, and access to Watercolor pools, including Camp Watercolor, which our kids love! The condo is beautifully furnished and many thoughtful practical touches have been added for guests. We have stayed in Watercolor many times and it’s safe to say the owners have thought of everything in this rental! Nikki was so helpful in sharing information to book beach chairs, golf cart, etc., and very responsive to any of my questions prior to and during our stay! This was hands down the best lodging we have stayed in on 30A!

Wonderful minus a/c issues

A beautiful property with perfect location. Only hiccup was the A/C was not working properly for 3 days and nites of our trip. Owners did their best to correct the problem but couldn’t seem to get it working for more than a day before it stopped working again. But, I understand that new units are being installed in couple days. In which case, we will be back!

5-star condo at Watercolor

The Southern Shores is an amazing condo. Beautifully furnished and very clean. The kitchen was perfect! We used it for breakfast most days! My children loved the bunk beds and the living room was perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach. The couches were very comfortable. Plenty of towels in the bathroom and several beach towels to use as well. Great location, a very short walk to the beach, watercolor restaurant and beach club. We will definitely stay here again. The owner was very accommodating and super easy to communicate with!

This property is beautiful inside and out! The location is amazing...just steps away from the pool, beach, Beach Club, shops, and Watercolor restaurants. We loved this property and will be back ! The home has a beautiful inteior with an excellent kitchen to cook in while the waves roll in. 5 star quality. It was my wife and I and our two little girls as well as my mother and father. There were plenty of space for all of us to thoroughly enjoy ourselves. Many books were read overlooking the ocean from the master bedroom. It was heaven. We cannot wait to return!

Wonderful condo on the beach

We had a lovely time at the Southern Shores condo in Watercolor. Our hosts were very kind and responsive and the location is clean and beautiful. Was a perfect little get away for our family of four. I really enjoyed how the place was nicely decorated and every detail thought of. Beach supplies and towel were provided. Even toys for the kids to use while at beach were stored in the beach closet. The beach is right there, and there are several patios you can sit in to enjoy the views of the water. The kitchen is well stocked and we enjoyed cooking there since we have been trying to stay in our little socially isolated safe bubble these days. Both Whole Foods and instacart deliver to the doorstep so it made it super simple to get groceries. One thing about the area, for you city people, there’s no Uber eats or DoorDash Or even pizza delivery so for food you have to eat out or cook. I enjoyed cooking so worked out great. Thank you Nikki for lending us your beautiful spot on earth. We can’t wait to come back for another long weekend sometime in the future.

Watercolor Resort has so much available for everyone. From relaxing at the beach or poolside to cruising the many bike trails on the paved paths or the state park gravel trail, tennis, spa, paddle boarding and kayaking, there is something here for everyone! Just steps to shopping in Watercolor Resort or Seaside. All along the 16 mile stretch on 30A, from Blue Mountain to Rosemary Beach, there are many restaurants and shops to enjoy as you take in the unique character of each area along the way.

What makes this property unique

Our condo is located on south side of 30A which means we are ON THE BEACH! The views from our home are stunning.

You will have access to our PRIVATE pool as well as the many pools throughout the Watercolor Resort. We are located directly next to the Watercolor Inn & Watercolor Beach Club making it easy to enjoy all the amenities without worrying about finding a parking spot.
