Tydes - Take time out relaxing by the river

TAKE TIME OUT AT TYDES !

This unique waterfront family holiday home has everything and more for you to enjoy a fantastic getaway.
This large spacious open plan house sleeps up to 6 adults plus children, ideal for sharing with family and friends.
Bring your own boat or enjoy the supplied row boat and kayaks.
With amusement machines, pool table and table tennis on-site you won't need to find something to do if the weather's not ideal.
If you do go out, located 5 mins drive is the Tuggerah Westfield Shopping Centre with its cinema complex, DJ's, Target and Woolworths.
Just around the corner are the local shops with Coles, chemist, post office and tavern.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT:
While the standard check-in time is 4.00pm and check-out is 11.00am I am always happy to offer earlier check-ins and later check-outs where possible. This is especially significant for weekend bookings where my regular check-out time is 4.00pm on the Sunday (or Monday).

ACCOMMODATION:
Tydes has 3 bedrooms and is ideally suited for up to 6 adults and 2 children.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed
The 2nd Bedroom is a large "family-friendly" room with a queen bed plus a double fold-out sofa bed.
The 3rd bedroom contains 2 single beds.

All 3 bedrooms are located upstairs.
Also upstairs is the main bathroom (with bath, shower, toilet), and there is also a separate toilet adjoining the main bathroom.
There's another toilet & shower downstairs.

Please note that as Tydes has only 3 bedrooms it is not suitable for more than 6 adults.

We had a family long weekend with 6 adults and we couldn’t have wanted for more. The house had absolutely everything you could think off and need. We also enjoyed the space that we all had to spread out and do our own thing while also being together.

Loved this house!!! Everything worked as described, and there was lots of entertainment for the kids - Loved the pool table and pinball machines. Fishing was fun from the backyard - 3 flathead, one ok bream and lots of little ones :). Thanks so much, we had a great little holiday. - definitely recommend this place!

My kids had the best time

Very nice place to spend time with the family. Beds/couches were very comfortable. House was very clean throughout. Loved all the kayaking equipment, fishing stuff, music server, pool table, pin ball machines etc. House was only a few minutes drive to Coles and Westfield. I would certainly reconsider another stay there for our next trip. Thanks to our host Chris.

We had a fantastic time. Eventhough the weather was not great, we had lot's of fun in the games room downstairs. The house had everything we needed. We will definitely look at booking again, I wish we could have stay longer, 3 nights went too quick but thank you for the late check out that was great too.

Perfect getaway

Our group had a wonderful time. There was something for everyone at Tydes: beautifully quiet spot on the waters edge for fishing, watching the local bird life or reading a book; plenty of movies and board games for evening entertainment, pool table, tennis table, pinball machines, arcade game, bike riding, kayaking … local shops around the corner for a quick grocery run or a bite to eat. Home away from home

Everything you could ask for whilst on holidays has been taken into consideration. It rained most of the time we were there but nobody got bored; everyone managed to find something to do inside the house. There were puzzles, books., games, pool, table tennis, DVDs, Foxtel and probably more that I have overlooked. We all had a really enjoyable break together.

Easter break

This was our second stay at Tydes and it didn’t disappoint. The house offers all you could need. We rode bikes, went kayaking, played pool and table tennis and ate by the river. Just lovely. And importantly lots of great hiding spots for Easter eggs. Thanks Chris. Kids are already asking when we will be back!

Amazing getaway for families

Beautiful spacious home that literally has everything you need - we stayed for a weekend trip with the family (including 2 little dogs) and we all loved it and had so much fun. We did some fishing and kayaking and when it got too hot, we enjoyed some indoor games in the entertainment area downstairs. The street is quiet and seems quite safe. The rooms were clean and very spacious. Chris also had excellent communication and responded quickly to any questions we had. We also got an early check in and late check out which was great. Definitely will be back again.

Beautiful and Idyllic hidden gem

Thanks so much Chris for having us! We stayed at this amazing property. I really feel like the pictures do not do it justice. My kids had an absolute ball launching themselves into the lake from the jetty. The house has everything you could possibly imagine, we particularly appreciated the Christmas tree up and the awesome family fun we had in the games room. There's even every possible streaming services which are a great way to relax. Thanks again for having us!
