Sunsets have never been better as you overlook the gorgeous views over the adjacent vacant farmland providing expansive views of Cape Jarvis all from the front yard . This home has two separate living areas and four spacious bedrooms, the main having en-suite and walk in robe.
The size of the allotment allows you plenty of room to move and you have a large undercover outdoor area for entertaining your guests.
In the rear yard you have plenty of room for a family cricket match or enjoy entertaining in the covered outdoor area, complete with a BBQ.
This property is fully fenced.
Within the nearby district you have wineries, fishing and some of the best sightseeing opportunities the Fleurieu Peninsula has to offer.
