Great House Great Location

The house is extremely well appointed and comfortable and exactly as described in the listing. It even has a Great communication with both the owner and the property manager and any issues were resolved within a very short time. Couldn’t have a better location unless you were on the beach - half a mile to the beach and a bit more to the village. My only gripe would be that the property is not set up for outdoor dining.

Great home

Beautifully designed and very clean house in an ideal location. This is our second stay in the house and look forward to an opportunity to return. Walk and bike to beach easy and great for going into Amagansett or East Hampton. Owner is very responsive. Overall, a great stay.

Long Weekend Stay

My wife and I had a great stay with a few of our friends over Memorial Day weekend. The house is lovely and even though the weather didn’t cooperate we were still able to enjoy the heated pool, wonderful fireplace and close proximity to the beach.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at Amalia’s home in Amagansett. The check in and check out process was easy and Amalia was reachable and quick to respond throughout the weekend with anything that we needed. You can’t beat the location - just a few steps from both Amagansett town and the beach. Her home is absolutely stunning and beautifully decorated. Would definitely come back!

Perfect Hamptons Getaway

After six months of Covid-19 isolation we needed a relaxing beach getaway. This house was a great home base for the week - very clean with all modern amenities, a beautiful pool, and perfect location. Importantly, no bad surprises!

This property was built with love by a developer and designer. With great attention to detail, this property was gut renovated and expanded. It was designed for personal use and it shows--the space is impeccable, cozy and well-stocked.

What makes this property unique

We were drawn to this property because of the street--tree-lined, lush and safe. It's perfectly located for a leisurely bike ride shaded by a canopy of trees. Easy to access train, town and beach without a car.

The space offers multiple activity spaces, ensuring that cabin fever is not on the agenda. Have breakfast on the porch, BBQ lunch outside, sunset drinks by the pool and a candle-lit dinner by the fireplace in the dining room. Enjoy the outdoor fire pit at night, or watch a movie on the oversize smart TV in the large den which features a wood-burning fireplace (our favorite room in the house).
