This luxurious 2 storey executive residence offers ‘wow’ factor north facing views across the lake, large 70" TV, Foxtel and movie library, projector and screen, 3 large TVs in 3 bedrooms and a fully equipped state of the art kitchen with Smeg appliances.

Cypress House on Lake Mulwala has 35 metres of beautiful water frontage on the Cypress Drive peninsula. Surrounded by an extensive lawn, this is the perfect holiday destination.

A private jetty and ladder for access to the water is ideal for boating. The outdoor al fresco is designed for entertaining and taking in the magnificent views and sunsets. BBQ provided.

Guests also have access to a private pool by key. All you will need to do is relax and enjoy – it is truly a 6 star holiday experience

The host was lovely, welcoming and communicative.The location was wonderful. The cleanliness was below standard. We had to wash all glassware and cookware before use and there were ants in the kitchen on our arrival.The photos make it seem like a pool is attached to the house however it is not and is actually a shared pool of the complexThe dining room chairs are very old and pleather and were ripped/flaking, we were not able sit on them or use the dining table because of this Some of the outside chairs were broken, a blind upstairs was also broken The photos on the website are not an accurate representation of what the property looks like now.

The location was amazing but it was dissapointing that the property was listed as a 5 bedroom with a private pool. The pool is not private, it is away from the property and shared with other homes in the area. It is a 4 bedroom home so we had our 70 year old parents sleeping on mattresses in the hallways.. very dissapointing. The house was pretty dirty as well, cobwebs everywhere outside, outdoor furniture was pretty ratty. We had a fab time but for the money we spent you would expect the place to be clean and as advertised.

The house was cleaned by a professional team. Sadly this guest had an unauthorised party and trashed the house inside and out so would not recommend. These remarks are unwarranted but guest was unhappy about the extra cleaning charges as carpets and lounges were left filthy.

Property owner/ Manager was found to be a crazy woman. She advertised that the property slept 18 people but as we were unsure as to whether we may have 6, 9 or 12 people she would make unreasonable requests for huge amounts of money...... all different quotes mind you. We are now taking Legal proceedings against her as her languange and psychotic threats scared us all. Would never go there, please dont waste your money !!!!!!!

I charge per person per night and have done so fairly for the last 12 years. You just wouldn’t pay for extra beds that I set up for the extra guests you didn’t tell me about in the original booking. i even discounted the rate for these extra guests and even gave 2 guests for free, but you were still displeased when it clearly says in the title of this property that you pay per person per night. You tried to pay for 8 guests but expected 18 beds!!. Ur rude manner was uncalled for and you chose to cancel. I always treat people with dignity, respect and fairly. You just didn’t get away with not paying for the extra guests so you slam me on here when I did my best to meet ur requests. Some people you just can’t please….

Brilliant Location

This property was a wonderful place to stay. Nerissa has absolutely everything you could think of in her cupboards. The only problem was there was nowhere to put our food stuff in the pantry! Lucky we weren't doing a self catering holiday - there are too many clubs and pubs in the area which we needed to try out. Plenty of parking in the roomy 2 car garage plus an additional park outside. The ad does say there are 2 resort pools to use, but there is actually only one which was tiny and was very cold and a fair walk down the road, so the little ones couldn't use independently - we used the lake as there is a ladder to climb up and down. All in all a wonderful property with everything you need and very comfy. I would recommend it and would stay there again. Great place, in perfect location.

This is a great house in a great spot. House is as the photos show with plenty of room for everyone. 10 minute walk to RSL club and short drive to either Mulwala or Yarrawonga shops. Being able to waterski from your back door was really nice and only a couple of mooring bouys would have made it perfect. A coffee in the morning on the back verandah overlooking the lake is a must! Nerissa was excellent and friendly to deal with. We had a fabulous week at Cypress house and would highly recommend. Angela

Nerissa was a pleasure to deal with during the whole process and was more than accommodating for us. The property was in an immaculate condition, the location is second to none - right on the lake within walking distance to both Yarrawonga and the Ski Club if you are up for a good weekend. Would definitely recommend this house for people looking and would love to stay here again one day.

Beautiful home!

We stayed at this beautiful house for my daughters wedding,,,, the views are superb and we were able to take lots of great photos on the lawns and jetty by the lake. The house was well equipped and there was plenty of space. The owner was very nice and made sure the house was looking beautiful when we arrived. We would love to stay there again.

Very Nice Waterfront Property

Myself and my family very much enjoyed Cypress House at Mulwala. Aside from a few items, the house was exactly as advertised, a beautiful quality home. The fixtures and fittings were clean, modern and well kept. The outdoor area was also very well maintained. It would have been great to have had some advance notice that the hard drive in which the movies were stored was not available, so we could have brought our own selection. Also, for the price paid for this property, WIFI should be available - something that really needs to be considered. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Thankyou.

Cypress House was fantastic A walk across the bridge brings you to the centre of town A light ,bright extremely clean home with plenty of cooking and serving equipment - all in excellent condition The linen was all crisp,clean and white - including washers !
