Tranquility Valley perfect to unwind and relax. Relax in picturesque fully fenced sunny gardens, enjoy a drink under one of the many shady trees. This home is just right for winter or summer escapes, on the cold days sit by the open fire or take a dip in the in ground swimming pool and enjoy a BBQ under the pergola in summer. Ideal for 2 families wishing to holiday together. The house is kept in a spotless condition to ensure comfort throughout.

Located in a lovely quiet location, perfect holiday hideaway place. Just 800m from the famous Rye Bay Beach, summer carnival, Rye pier, local shops, cafes and great restaurants. Within easy drive to golf courses, wineries, Peninsula Hot springs and many other attractions.

Property Configuration

Tranquility Valley has three bedrooms and a bungalow

Bedroom 1: 1 queen bed with walk in robe and en suite.
Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed and inbuilt robe.
Bedroom 3: 2 sets of bunks (sleeps 4) and inbuilt robe.
Bungalow: set of bunk, double on the bottom and single on top, and en suite.
Great fully equipped kitchen . Huge laundry with washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board.
Main bathroom with bath and shower, (3 showers and 3 toilets in total).
Comfortable dinning area with large dinning table.Living area with open fire, television, DVD, Wi Fi and much more.
Walk from kitchen to a large outdoor entertaining area with outdoor setting gas bbq with 2 gas burners and open fire for all your cooking requirements in ground swimming pool and beautiful gardens throughout.
Plenty of space under carport for several cars and even a boat. Very handy electric gate to the main entrance.

The interested tenant must be 30 years and over.

These property is specifically suited for families.

Please note that keys will be hanged in person by the owner on the day.

STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES, NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE AND NO PETS

MINIMUM STAY 7 days. A 50% deposit of your stay is required to secure your booking and the balance one week prior to check in.

$1000 BOND WILL BE REQUIRED

Please bring your own linen and towels. Pillows and doonas is provided.

The host and his son were very welcoming and answer all our questions. His son was always willing to help us if we rang him with a question. The place was very cleaned and a beautiful outdoor area which we used all the time. We were very close to the shops and beach that we walked there everyday. Would book this place again.

Rye holiday

Great property, very close to the shops and restaurants and my son loved swimming in the pool. Would definitely recommend. The owner was very generous leaving us some treats as well.

Great house, would definitely recommend!

This is a great property, especially for an extended family because it has plenty of space for everyone to spread out. It is very well equipped and Hector, the property manager, is very helpful at check-in and if anything else is needed. There was even a welcome basket when we arrived. Location is good, about a 10 minute walk to the beach/Main Street/carnival. Great outdoor area as well. Would definitely recommend.

We love this house!

We have stayed at this property three times with friends and family and we love it. The house has everything you could hope for in a large beautiful secure garden and outdoor area. The house is always immaculately cleaned and the owners always very friendly and helpful. The house is perfect size for two families to share and is very comfortable so feels like a home away from home. The location is perfect within walking distance to the beach, pier, shops and carnival. We have so many great memories here of our Summer holidays.

Fantastic peaceful getaway

The photos don't do this place justice, it is the perfect place to unwind and relax even with kids. with plenty of space to keep kids entertained in a secured beautifully landscaped yard surrounding the house and of course the pool . Only a short walk to the shops and beach, We thoroughly enjoyed our stay the kids didn't want to leave. Bliss in the Valley

Fantastic house. Had everything we needed, was so comfortable and spotless. The layout of the house is great and when small kids go to bed they are separated from the noise. Outdoor bbq area was so good and the pool was big and deep enough. Beautiful manicured gardens, this house is so organised you will feel relaxed the moment you set foot into it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great family property

Very well suited for families, the fencing and gate are great, pool is perfect for little kids and alfresco is fantastic for BBQs and outdoor eating. Silvana and Hector were very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. The photos do not do it justice, much better in person, highly recommend!
