MODERN FAMILY HOLIDAY HOUSE.

This lovely spacious home offers small and large groups great getaways, whether a short weekend break or longer holiday stay. This classic exterior home, has a sparkling and modern interior, with open plan living and dining spaces serviced by a modern white kitchen with stainless steel appliances. A second living area downstairs, provides additional space for a large family. Upstairs also offers two small separate balconies.

Five generous bedrooms, accommodates 10 guests in total, with the following bedding make up:

Two modern, recently renovated bathrooms, with two separate toilets and a spacious laundry service the home. Bath included in downstairs bathroom.

The outside offers well maintained gardens with a large outdoor setting, stainless steel gas bbq and a generous carport and driveway providing ample car parking space. The backyard and front yard also provide secured yards for young children.

With a ten minute walk to the foreshore and the nearby recreational reserve, with ovals, sports courts, athletics track, bocce courts and a skating ramp, this holiday house is in close proximity to public spaces.

Tootgarook boasts a picturesque bay beach and foreshore reserve, perfect for enjoying those relaxed sunny days or taking walks along the bay trail. Surrounded by world class wineries, restaurants and land and ocean adventures, you will truly holiday in style in this beautiful part of the world.

Bookings not accepted for schoolies. No pets permitted. No smoking inside property.

Please note that linen (towels, sheets and pillow cases) are not provided for this property. All other linen is provided.

Great stay

We brought the family down for a holiday by the seas. The house was big with a fantastic balcony area and great kitchen. Good position and very close to Rye. Highly recommend.

Great place, great hosts

Place was great. We had 6 adults and a baby and there was plenty of room and a perfect place for our Christmas. It was a warm couple of days but downstairs stays nice and cool, upstairs has an aircon which works well to keep kitchen and living areas cooled. The upstairs is a great open plan space. Only thing we would’ve loved was some shade over the decking and table on the upstairs balcony!The hosts were so accommodating giving us an early check in. And any issues or questions we had they were prompt to reply and help out

Absolutely lovely place!

Amazing host, fast reply. Spacious, clean and comfortable house. The balcony light was dim, it needs to be fixed, in general everything was fine with our stay, would highly recommend.

Lovely house for friends

The house was lovely and in a good location. It was clean however the supplies were a bit low, we only had toilet paper for one day and there was no sugar. The bathroom sinks were so high that I had to get on my toes to use them and I am tall. The kitchen was very well equipped with utensils. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

Stay at Tootgarook

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. Just a few comments, we a group of 10 had to all carry our bed linen with us, it would have been appreciated if bed linen was provided. In regards to taking the rubbish bin out to the nature strip, why are guests requested to do this when cleaning cost is separately being paid? Also the extent of the cleaning requested of guests is a bit over the top, we had to clean the shower screens with a squeegee before departing! Yet we paid a cleaning fee separately.

Great for staying with adult children

5 king/queen size beds provided made it perfect for our short stay with our 4 adult children & their partners. Host was easy to communicate with and kindly offered an extra late checkout (5pm) so we could enjoy our stay longer.

Conveniently located only 5 mins from the Hot springs in fingal. We were a group of 5 couples and we felt very comfortable in this spacious property. It is Clean and well maintained with all necessary amenities. The property owner was very flexible with our needs and communicated efficiently during the booking process. Overall An enjoyable stay!!

We (7 adults) stayed at this perfect house for a night while visiting the morning peninsula. It was perfect for us - with a great kitchen, two living areas and 5 queen/king beds - so glad we didn’t have to climb up bunk beds! Doreen was great to deal with and all messages were communicated clearly and appropriately. We highly recommend this home for others!
