Cute home, nice location

Home was very cute and spacious. Short drive or 15 min walk to the beaches. Very close to our favorite vineyards (Bedell and Croteaux). House had everything we needed for a great stay in the Northfork. Host was lovely as well and followed up to make sure we had a great stay.

Very Nice House

The owner was very helpful with communication during our stay. The house was beautiful and clean with plenty of room for us and the kids. The basement was full of games for the entire family to be entertained, Definitely plan on returning again soon!

We love this location. There is easy access to a number of beaches. The house is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. It is well equipped. There is an amazing new front porch, as well as a back deck- plenty of room to spread out. Communication with the owners is easy. We love it, and will book again next year.

Lovely home in Southold

This was a roomy, versatile home. There was plenty of room to spread out. We used the outdoor shower and shady backyard every afternoon after the beach. Host was very helpful. We hope to return again next year.

Family Gathering

This house was perfect for our extended family to have indoor and outdoor space to talk, play games, and enjoy movies together. Also, the location was perfect for us to enjoy all of the things to do in the area. The owners were wonderful and responded to our questions immediately. They also left a bottle of wine and a notebook of information for us on the counter upon our arrival!

Southold Rental House

We had a wonderful month at this lovely home. The owners were so very accommodating and helpful. I’m a native of the area and know it well; this house is located in a lovely neighborhood, close to “downtown “, the supermarkets, many great vineyards and wonderful beaches. This is an ideal home for a vacation for a family with children of all ages. There are 5 TVs, a finished basement with a pool table and many board games, a great back yard and a large deck with a grill. Thank you to our hosts for your sharing your North Fork home with us. It was everything we were expecting.

Home away from home.

Our company needed a multi-month rental to accommodate 4-6 people. With multiple people staying over an extended period of time, there was plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing or to hang out as a group. The basement has a nice minibar, TV, and surround sound setup which makes for a nice environment to relax and have a few drinks. The upstairs living room is cozy and relaxing with a nice wood fireplace. The double garage allowed us to park our cars inside away from the weather. Even though we did stay over the winter we were still able to use the back deck and enjoyed using the grill to cook dinner. The neighborhood is small and quite and only a short drive from numerous local wineries and excellent small restaurants. I would definitely recommend this property for either large or small groups or couples.
