Enjoy this peaceful cottage with a park like setting on the Rifle River. Take in beautiful views of the river and wildlife.

We have several kayaks that guests can use to enjoy a relaxing trip down the river or one of the several lakes nearby.

There are two fire pits, a larger one by the river and one next to the house with firewood provided for your use.

The house is beautiful furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen. There are two comfortable queen beds and twin bunk bends with plenty of room for all to enjoy.

We all loved our stay, such a beautiful home and amazing property right on the river. Our dog couldn't get enough of playing in the river and we enjoyed floating in tubes from Rifle River park on Greenwood right back to the house in about an hour. Such a great place to vacation!

What a beautiful, quiet getaway! Great place for young families. The river is shallow enough for even little kiddos to touch the bottom and the current is slow enough you don't have to worry about elementary ages playing and exploring all day. I absolutely loved my stay here. It was quiet, peaceful, the river was beautiful. The house was clean, comfortable and a very homey feeling. I 100% plan to come back again. I would say to anyone with small kids and animals to be careful at night, there was a pack of coyotes running around nearby.

This was our second time staying here. It has all of the comforts of home. Our fur baby really enjoys the river. We did see some squirrels and a couple rabbits along with some chipmunks. The highlights as far as wildlife were the eagle that flew over the river and the muskrat that came up on the bank and filled up on the grass. We had a great time and would visit again.
