Relax @ Rye. Fireplace, Pet Friendly. Perfect for 2 Families!

This eclectic holiday home is the perfect getaway for one or two FAMILIES, a romantic abode for COUPLES, or a fun place to enjoy with FRIENDS.

Our 4br creatively uplifting beach house is centrally located with everything at your fingertips! Something for everyone with two separate living zones. Chill and relax on the upstairs balcony taking in the tree top views whilst listening to the roar of the back beach, watch a movie by the fire or venture down to the garden to see what wild life you can spot.

Upstairs has 3 bedrooms, bathroom, laundry, kitchen and living room.

Downstairs is a separate living retreat (enter from outside at the rear of the house), with a kitchenette, dining, lounge and bedroom. A fantastic zone to chill out and take in the peace and quiet!

The car port has been converted into a games room with table tennis and dart board.

We also have a gorgeous, quirky outdoor bathroom with shower and bath.

There are plenty of cosy and open spaces inside and out to suit everyone on our magnificent sun-drenched back deck, equipped with BBQ and large table ideal for long lunches, dinner parties or curling up with a good book.

Front and back decks ensure you can catch the sun at any time of the day while the kids and pets can enjoy the huge fully-fenced garden. It is all here for your pleasure!!!

This house is situated on an elevated block overlooking trees in a quiet pocket of the Peninsula.

Only minutes away you can enjoy bay and ocean beaches, the world famous Peninsula Hot Springs and golf courses, horse trails, wineries, markets, cafe's and galleries.

There is plenty of storage available for the boat, jet-ski, surf boards or golf cart.

For young children there is a porta cot and high chair.

POOCHES will be very happy here. The property is fully fenced.

We hope you enjoy the house and the surrounding peninsula as much as we do.

Great family beach house

Very clean and had everything we needed for a weekend away. Great set up for families with bunk room downstairs and plenty of room for relaxing on the big deck. A relaxing beach house with family friendly feel!

Lovely holiday home with gorgeous garden offering spaces for everyone

Our family of four (two teenagers) stayed for two weeks and found the house catered perfectly for us all. Offering various indoor and outdoor areas the house catered for the four seasons of Melbourne (games room and fire pit very popular). It was super clean, thoughtfully decorated and very comfortable. Karen was extremely accommodating and very responsive. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Fabulous stay

Relax @ Rye is an immaculately kept house in a peaceful area. The photos don’t do the house justice. Beds were very comfortable as was the couch in the lounge room that all six adults could fit on. The deck was great for eating dinner and tree and sky gazing. Our dog loved the yard and exploring its nooks and crannies. We had a wonderful 6 night stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

Fantastic holiday

We,my two sons,fiance, wife and mum stayed for 3 nights, absolutely wonderful, we didn't want to leave, short drive to all the amazingly beautifully sites the mornington peninsula has to offer. 5 stars for cleanliness, AAA for comfort.Beds were very comfortable, and pillows!!, I need ones like them .So much space that no one was under anyones feet. Downstairs was ideal for mum,she could have her own space. Back area was great for evenings,and so much fun was had in the games room. We will definitely be back. Karen, you have given me so many memories, we thank you so much for your wonderful house.All the extras didn't go unnoticed. THANKYOU X

This house has everything you could want on a holiday

Stayed four nights over the long weekend and was so relaxing. Bbq fire pit clean great beds and a short drive to shops. Didn't really need to leave as the house has such a relaxing feel.Karen the owner is very easy to contact great stay was had.Only thing I would mention if you can't do a lot of stairs this house might not be suitable was not a problem for us as we enjoyed the separate outdoor zones. Would stay again a home away from home.

Absolute perfection

We had a recent family getaway with our doggies at Karen’s gorgeous beach property over Christmas and could not have had a lovelier time. Not only was the whole home beautifully furnished and comfortable but it had everything we could have hoped for during our getaway. The beds were super comfy, the bathrooms were beautiful and clean and the neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful. Karen was incredibly helpful and efficient with her replies and our doggies were secure which meant peace of mind for us. Would absolutely return!!

The house we stayed in was amazing, 4 double sized beds and great bedroom, really close to everything we needed, rosemary on the block went well with our roast chicken that we cooked up, I would recommend this place, and our host was amazing when i asked a question Karen got back to me with in minutes which i did not expect Karen was helpful beyond belief , 10 out of 10 maybe a tad expensive but if your happy to pay go for it because it perfect .

Awesome place!

We stayed here for 2 nights with my parents and brothers family. The place was amazing. Kids loved having their own space so much it was difficult to get them out to do things. Really close to many attractions. Karen was great and very accommodating with checkin/checkout. We'd love to come back and stay longer next time.

Fantastic place for a restful break

We stayed as 3 couples and found the place to be very accommodating and well presented. Clean, tidy and well appointed with nearly everything you would need. The downstairs area for children would certainly be an asset for perhaps 2 -3 small families to stay and the table tennis and billiard tables had all the required equipment to be able to play immediately. Highly recommend the play.

Fantastic and relaxing location

My partner and I stayed over a long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a beautiful big property which was great for us and our two furry kiddies. We loved sitting outside on the deck and having a bbq whilst listening to the waves on the back beach. The neighbourhood was fairly quiet. If you're looking for something right on the beach, this isn't for you. However if you've got a desire to be amongst the trees but still close enough to enjoy the waves, I'd stay at 9 dreams. Sal and Drew were excellent hosts. I could imagine a large family enjoying their stay as there were lots of activities on the premises.

Fabulous Family House

We had such a lovely time in this house. It has wonderful energy. We were 2 families with 2 dogs.10 of us in total. Everyone had so much fun and there are lots of lovely personal touches to throw back to the retro days... such as the dress up chest in the kids retreat. We had a blackout on our first night and Sal and Em popped around with candles and started a game of charades with all of the kids. Heaps of fun. We had additional friends over for a BBQ on one of the days and they wished they had come to stay too. Lots of room, lots to do. Nothing to bring. Cannot recommend highly enough!! Thanks guys, hopefully we will return soon. xx

We had a great time in the house with space for 5 teenagers and 3 adults and the dog. Everything worked well, including the air con, and Sal followed up immediately with a minor issue with the hot water, all resolved very efficiently. Great spaces and everyone can find their own place to relax!

We spent 2 nights in Xmas. House was very well maintained. Host was very nice and kind. A1 location as it suits to our plan of visiting the hot spring. One thing to note, is be careful of the lamp in the lounge. It was fantastic experience and will definitely recommend!

Fantastic Holiday Home

We were well looked after at 9 Dreams Retro Retreat. On a boiling hot week we enjoyed this airconditioned sanctuary, morning swims, evenings swims and BBQs on the deck overlooking the ti-trees with a gentle sea breeze. The house had everything we needed and the outside shower was a hit for all the people who stayed (no one wanted to shower inside!). We'll be back!

Great house for a weekend away with friends

This house is really well set up for a combination of couples and children. Loved the outdoor deck and outdoor shower especially. The kitchen is well stocked for large groups and there was plenty to entertain us, from board games to the ping pong table. we will definitely be returning for another weekend soon!
