Welcome to our stunning hilltop apartment! With breathtaking views and a secluded location, this is the perfect spot for a relaxing and private getaway. Plus, with the beaches of Amadores and Puerto Rico just a ten-minute walk away, you'll have the best of both worlds!

Please note that since 2020, the hotel to which our apartment belongs has been closed for renovations and upgrades. As of 10th of September, the hotel is now open with full access to all amenities. From the hotel's website: The hotel has five swimming pools, a large solarium, multi-sports court, wellness center, gym, restaurants and a special area for children. Furthermore, there is an exclusively adults only area, where you can relax, unwind and enjoy the fantastic infinity ocean views. Our youngest guests will be able to enjoy a perfect holiday: splash area with slides, Mini Club, playground and also can take part in an entertainment programme which includes activities, crafts and sports. We offer a wide daytime and evening programme entertainment with professional shows and live music. The hotel has a main buffet restaurant with different stations, show cooking and different options for all tastes, including vegetarian menus. In the pool bar you can enjoy cocktails, snacks and drinks during the whole day.

As seasoned Super Hosts with hundreds of rave reviews on the biggest site in the market, we can confidently say that our apartment offers something that deserves to be experienced firsthand. The photos and words simply don't do justice to its true potential.

    The view from this property is spectacular! Beautiful terrace and excellent facilities within the attached hotel. Well worth making it up the hill!

    Beautiful views

    The apartment had everything we needed. Close to beach and shopping and entertainment. Good place to stay if you are up for walking steep hills. Views are amazing. We were able to use the hotel just up the hill as part of renting the flat, which was amazing, we did use the pool area there, however there is a wonderful beach only 700 meters from apartment.

    Lovely situated apartment and nice host

    Stayed for 2,5 weeks in the apartment with lovely sea view and access to Puerto Azul complex. Lots of space in both the apartment and balcony incl. fully equipped kitchen. Host was nice and responded immidiately so all in all a really good experience.

    Great apartment, fantastic view, within easy walking distance of the wonderful Amadores beach and Puerto Rico and its beach. Walking back up the hill is a challenge, but there are plenty of taxis and it's no problem with a car.

    Ruhiges und gerÀumiges Objekt

    Von den Fotos sind 2-3, die nicht mehr korrekt sind bzw "irrefĂŒhren" können: * die Carport Überdachung ist nicht mehr vorhanden (liegt aber vermutlich an den Umbauarbeiten am angrenzenden Hotel * es sind 2 separate Wohnungen, was man daran erkennen kann, dass Wohn- und Schlafzimmer Ausstattungen unterschiedlich gezeigt werden; * das Foto, das vor allem die untere Terasse anzeigt, verfĂŒhrte uns dazu, dass wir die untere Wohnung mit der wesentlich grösseren Terasse hĂ€tten, was aber nicht der Fall war * bei der Ankunft war dies dann auch nicht sofort klar ersichtlich. Ein paar Reparaturen sind aufgrund der Abwesenheit (bedingt durch die Pandemie) notwendig, die Besitzer waren zur gleichen Zeit wie wir da. Wir haben alle Kleinigkeiten gemeldet; die sollten dann mittlerweile erledigt sein. Trotz der oben aufgefĂŒhrten Punkte ein "Insidertipp", weil: * gerĂ€umig * sehr ruhig (im Gegensatz zu einem Hotel) * sicher (weil nur die Bewohner von den 3 Bungalows Zutritt durch das Gate haben können) * ParkplĂ€tze vor der Wohnung ebenfalls nur fĂŒr die Bewohner der 3 Bungalows verfĂŒgbar * die technischen GerĂ€te sind alle soweit modern und funktionstĂŒchtig

    Super schöne Lage, toller Blick

    Etwas komplizierter Check in da wir die Remote Fernbedienung nicht sofort fanden, aber absolut Top Lage. Wir hatten Schwierigkeiten mit dem WIfi, das Mobiliar leicht in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber und funktionsfĂ€hig. Keine großartig störenden GerĂ€usche da die Renovierungsarbeiten des Hotels nebenan hinter der Wohnung stattfanden. Insgesamt sehr schöne Ferienwohnung die wir sicher wieder wĂ€hlen wĂŒrden.

    Traumhafte Aussicht

    Haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Aktuell wird das Hotel nebenan (hinter der Wohnung) saniert, aber wir haben davon so gut wie nichts mitbekommen. Die Lage ist perfekt und die Aussicht großartig. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und wir haben nichts vermisst. WĂŒrden wieder buchen.

    Traumblick aber auch deutlicher Grund zur Kritik

    Wohnung und Ausstattung entsprechen weitgehend den Angaben, wenn auch so wenig Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden waren, dass die GeschirrspĂŒlmaschine sinnlos ist, da zwischen den Mahlzeiten (bei drei Personen) immer per Hand gespĂŒlt werden muss. Problematischer ist aber die nicht erwĂ€hnte Baustelle in unmittelbarer NĂ€he. Die angebliche Kombination mit "Zugang zu allen Annehmlichkeiten eines All-Inclusiv-Familienhotels" mit allen Beschreibungen wie "Nutzung von SchwimmbĂ€dern, SpielplĂ€tzen ..." ist definitiv schon seit Monaten nicht möglich. Bereits kurz nach unserer Anreise haben wir den Vermieter diesbezĂŒglich per Mail befragt und es kam eine fadenscheinige Antwort mit Problemen bei der Aktualisierung der Daten. Da sich auch nach vier Wochen an der Beschreibung nichts geĂ€ndert hat, darf man durchaus von bewusster IrrefĂŒhrung sprechen. Das ist ein deutlicher Mangel. Familien mit kleinen Kindern, welche diese Möglichkeiten sicher gerne in Anspruch nĂ€hmen, hĂ€tten hier ganz klar ein Problem. Hinzu kommt der LĂ€rm, welcher hier wochentags zeitweise herrscht. Auch davon steht nichts in der Beschreibung. Das Hotel, welches wohl bis dato mit genutzt werden konnte, wird derzeit kernsaniert und ist eine einzige große Baustelle. Nichtsdestotrotz konnten wir einen schönen Urlaub verleben, da wir mobil und waren und somit hĂ€ufig unterwegs. Zudem hatten wir keine kleinen Kinder dabei.

    Fantastischer Blick aufs Meer

    HĂŒbsche, helle Wohnung mit schöner Terrasse, auf welcher man die Abendsonne und fantastische SonnenuntergĂ€nge geniessen kann. Von der Dusche sieht man durchs Fenster hinaus aufs Meer. Sehr bequeme Betten, nachts war es sehr ruhig.

    Perfekte SonnenuntergÀnge

    Unser Aufenthalt war fast perfekt. Leider hatten wir eine Baustelle ab 7 Uhr von einem Hotel vor der TĂŒr. Aber das kann man leider nicht beeinflussen. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse....ein Traum. Die Kommunikation mit Otto war reibungslos und schnell. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen und gut ausgestattet. Das einzige was fehlte war ein Fön. Gut gelegen zwischen Puerto de MogĂĄn und Meloneras.
