About this property

Portsea Haven - close to Portsea Hotel

** Due to the strict Shire regulations, we don't accept any bookings for parties, functions, weddings or events, bucks/hens bookings or schoolies groups. We only rent to families i.e. adults and children or smaller mature groups ** We do not permit pets.

You wont be able to help but admire the decor of this stylishly decorated 2 bedroom apartment, which lies within the upmarket township of Portsea.

The apartment block is set back on the clifftop, with direct beach access and you will be centrallly located within metres to the heritage listed Portsea Pub and the boutique strip of shops. In fact you may not need your car for the entire time you're there.

All of the modern conveniences are there to make your stay extremely comfortable; WiFi, LCD TV, stereo, air conditioning, electric log fireplace, kitchen with walk in pantry and dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (the 2nd bathroom is an ensuite with toilet, vanity but no shower). Please note the laundry is a communal space shared with the other apartments and offers a washing machine with no clothes dryer.

You can relax and unwind with your own private fully fenced entertaining court yard, with outdoor bath and shower. The courtyard has recently had a face lift and now has an 8 seater outdoor table, market umbrella and a couple of sunlounges.

Beautiful furniture, lovely finishings all complete your upmarket Portsea stay.

Wedding

Initially we were due to accompany our son and daughter in law to baby sit their daughter. Regrettably, i was hospitalised and couldn't make the trip, so it was just our son and daughter in law. I advised of this!

Receiving texts demanding that the bins be put out (with threat of fee) prior to even leaving my home address, was disgraceful. Trawling through the Terms & Conditions, including a varied and complex fine system, required at least a Master's Degree. Upon arrival, the welcoming, wonderful, wafting bleach breeze stunningly enhanced the spectacular gravel landscape. This subtly merged with the suffocating suburban surroundings provided by the fabulous, phenomenal, fortified fence.

Great place - but bring your own linen

Great eclectic little cabin and tastefully done in a great location. No view but just so close to portar hotel and cafes. BUT it wasn’t clear nor were we ever expecting we had to order our own linen and towels. After it was too late we then were had to pay for expensive linen charge after already out laying so much for the place. Spoilt it u fortunately.

We loved our stay in this adorable property. We were in town for a wedding at the Portsea hotel and were thrilled when we arrived to find we were literally a few doors up from the Hotel. The accommodation is comfortable and nicely decorated
