Beautiful 3 bedroom cottage with a lake view and two private sandy beaches. Located on Hesners Lake, where you can sit by the fire, take a dip in the lake, or kayak to your hearts content. Full kitchen with a large dining room. 3 private bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Unique indoor recreational complex includes modern infrared sauna and amazing steam room. Fully furnished to make your stay very comfortable. Tons of parking. Located 3 km from Bala. Waterfront view. The lake is great for Fishing.

Year round enjoyment. Less than 2 hours driving from Toronto. You will enjoy sunrises and island views from the Muskoka room or back deck or sun all day long from your dock. On a clear night, the view of the stars is breathtaking.

Great Family Getaway Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Andrey’s home/cottage near Bala. It was clean and comfortable and provided us with lots of space to enjoy our time together as a family. The view was beautiful, the small lake is quiet, the variety of water toys (kayaks, paddle board, paddle boat) were all in very good condition and a pleasure to use. The screened in porch down at the lake was such a bonus as the mosquitoes and dear flies were hungry. With this added space we were able to enjoy the outdoors into the evening. The children’s toy room was well stocked and an added bonus for our young grandson, but also had many out door games for older “kids”. We didn’t use the sauna/steam room but I’m sure it would provide added pampering. The beds were comfortable. The crib was an added bonus. Andrey was quick to respond to our questions promptly. Would recommend this location for family or group getaways.

Just Amazing...

Our family of four enjoyed an entire week at the property. The place was extremely clean and well maintained. The Beach, the Lake, the Sauna and the Steam Shower/Room brought this up to the nwxt level. Paddle Board, Canoes, Fishing, Volleyball...the Firepit & Fireplace made our stay extremely interesting and definitely unforgettable...dreaming of owning this place. We will be back for sure as we found a piece of Muskoka Paradise.

Wonderful lodgings!

My husband and I needed a place to stay for a 14 day quarantine. It was an absolutely wonderful place to spend a long amount of time. Andrey was incredibly responsive and always very helpful. It was by far the cleanest rental I have ever seen. It was immaculate! As it was getting colder outside, the wood burning fireplace and sauna / steam room were a real treat.

We enjoyed our stay very much, the grandkids loved the toy room (Muskoka Room), the beach was great, my granddaughter caught an 8" fish she was thrilled, volleyball net was fun, overall despite the weather we all had a great time. P.S. beds were sooo comfy best sleep I've had in a long time.

Property very unique with sauna & steam room in basement

My Family (wife & 4 year old) stayed here for 4 days in late march. We really enjoyed the peacefulness of the property and definitely liked the basement with Sauna and Steam room. The lake was frozen so we couldn't go swimming but I can imagine this place would be awesome in the summer. The property is quite large and the beach area by the lake is awesome. There is a volleyball court and great fire pit with muskoka chairs. The stairs to the basement are a bit steep so you just have to be extra careful with kids. We would consider visiting again in the summer for sure! Cheers,
