Other Things to Note. Everything like water, electricity, unlimited internet, cable tv and condo dues is included in price. Only two (2) pax for every rental/leasing unit are allowed to swim for free, any excess/additional person shall 1,000 php each. This is a new building policy and out of the unit owners control . A pre-numbered swimming pool pass will be provided upon check-in at the reception desk. This will be represented to the pool attendant upon entry and pool users should register on the log sheet.
Additional person should present to the pool attendant, upon entry, the Official Receipt of payment from the PMO Cashier and register on the log sheet before the use of the pool. *This is a condo residential building and not a hotel with hotel services. You are using someones living apartment so treat it with care and follow the house and building rules.* No parties or events.-Check in between 14:00-22:00. Might be arranged at other hours- Checkout before 12- Please throw your toilet/tissue paper into the trash binto avoid clogging issue.- Tidy up the kitchen after cooking. Wash the dishes and utensils after use and refrain cooking of fish/dried fish and smelly foods/ fruits- if garbage bins are already full, kindly dispose the garbage bags, tie them and throw it near at the exit area & beside the stairs going down . Extra garbage bags can be found in the lower right kitchen cabinet- Keep noise between 22:00-6:00 at a minimum.- Late checkout may be available for an additional P300 (Please check to see if we can accommodate you)- Early checkin may be available for an additional P300 (Please check to see if we can accommodate you). If any damage inside the unit you will pay the same amount of the items - Lost key is fine of P500/ Lost keycard is fine of P300 - All bed linens and towels can be charged for a fee of P150php. In the event if they get stained, additional fees will be applied for its special laundry services. Only guests registered on the original booking are allowed on the premises.- Smoking pin the apartment or hallway is STRICTLY prohibited.
Monday pool is closed for maintenance/cleaning. Gym and billiard rooms is not yet available due to construction of the horizons 101 tower 2.
