Paradise at Possum Kingdom Lake! This picturesque 3 bedroom 3 bath with updated kitchen and private split master suite on Possum Kingdom Lake is a dream vacation spot!.
Enjoy the mesmerizing views of this beautiful waterfront residence graced by window enclosed porch surrounded by a large deck across the back of the house with a hot tub. The open living area with vaulted ceilings and windows for gazing at Possum Kingdom Lake. Bring your boat and use the private boat ramp to launch your boat. Tie up to the side of the dock and keep your boat trailer on property for easy in and out!
Retreat to the deck with hot tub is the dramatic focal point of the house. Relax in the large family room with open floor plan connected to the kitchen. Laundry and a second full freezer/refrigerator are conveniently located between the master bedroom and kitchen area.
***Use of Dock, Private boat ramp, tie up to dock, Canoe, Kayaks, Rope swing and ladder are for guests of this property only. Use at your own risk. Bring life jackets for use on the kayaks and canoes.***
The dock accessed by stone sidewalk from the back deck. Swim, use the rope swing, fish or relax on the bench swing on the dock Also, walking to the dock is a round full fire pit... big enough for your WHOLE family to enjoy!
All guests will enjoy the night sky perfect for stargazing, fishing from the dock and exploring the coves around the dock.

For a little getaway it was great, the place was far better than expected.We enjoyed our stay. It was relaxing, beautiful view and plenty to do at the house.Gas station & grocery store are relatively pretty close by too. All in all 9 out of 10!!

This is a great property, very clean and well kept. It is not far from a little grocery store and a great restaurant. The lake is amazing, if you have not been I highly recommend it. We have a 23’ Tritoon that we were able to launch from the private ramp.

Beautiful and peaceful property. If you have your own boat or jet skis this is the perfect property for you. It has its own boat ramp, a great boat dock to fish from and relax out on the water. They also have kayaks and canoes to go out on the water. We had a great time.

Everyone loved the property. The views are beautiful! The kitchen is fully and totally equipped. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms very accessible, clean and equipped. Swimming was easily accessible from shore or the boat dock. We enjoyed one evening in the hot tub and then came in and played games. It was overall a fun trip for our family!

The house is great as is the location as it is peaceful and quiet. Large living areas with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the setting. I can't say enough good things about this property. The house is great - very clean, very cozy, well appointed with everything we needed and tons of fun things to do - games, hot tub, dvd's, kayaks, swings off the dock! We stayed last summer and loved it so much we returned this year. Great location on the lake with a private boat ramp and dock, as well as a good sized fenced yard for the dogs who LOVE to lay in the grass and watch the goings on on the lake below. Beautiful views, great directions, close to town, only about a 6 minute boat ride to the state park. The hosts are super responsive and helpful. We hope to be back next year!

Great property with everything you need for a relaxing lake visit!!! Very clean and well maintained. Pretty view from the house and deck. Great calm location on PK. We will definitely be back. I didn’t read the fine print about the boat ramp and dock being shared with other rental property. Luckily, guests were very nice. Boat ramp can be a "booger" especially if you have a 22’ boat or larger. You will need to back around a very tight corner and down a long narrow drive.

There is no signal there to receive the check in code “Minutes before check in” is pretty silly when there is no signal to receive it. The hot-tub does not work despite what the add says. It was a clean really neat property that we really enjoyed once we got over the setbacks.

Over Expecting

I titled this Over Expecting because that's what it was on both parts. I expected a nice relaxing quiet stay. While the homeowner expected the yard guy to come and do his job and for my family and myself to do the cleaners job before checkout. Which might I add that the amount of dust on all surfaces, the state of the rugs, and the smell from the drains indicated a lack of cleaning when we arrived.

This property is amazing! It has everything you want in a lake experience including a private boat ramp to launch your own boat! Wake up and sip coffee on the porch until it's lake time! Swim around the dock area, or use the steps to easily put in the available canoe or kayak in this cove with easy access to the open lake. If you have a boat, use the private boat ramp to launch your boat and tie it up on the open side of the dock for fishing or other boating adventures. Fully equipped kitchen, a propane grill and a charcoal grill are available for meal preparation. Enjoy the back deck and hot tub to view the lakefront. Gather around the fire pit to enjoy the sunset, roast marshmallows for s'mores and make memories that will last a lifetime!
