The house was better than expected, clean, cosy with a view of the ocean from the dining table and patio. Location was excellent just a few minutes walk to Albany’s main street. Communication with the owner was easy, all information needed for an early arrival was forthcoming and plenty of info on Albany’ places of interest. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Albany.

Great location close to Historic Earl of Spencer Inn and the Premier Hotel - only 2 streets back from York Street Town Centre. The cottage has everything you need. Great deck with views to the harbour the surrounding hills. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Albany. Dorothy was very good with communicating and check in details.

We have a wonderful relaxing stay. The view is amazing from the back verandah. The house offered everything we needed. We had two cars and a boat, and this property provided parking for all of these. Very quiet area.

Bella Rosa Cottage is very centrally located, with good shopping facilities within walking distance, as are all the restaurants. The house is a bit old but tidy and clean, with a good view of the sea from the terrace and two rabbits in the garden. I would book it again.
