Very comfortable cottage, conveniently located to shopping centres, restaurants & main town area. Excellent communication with Dorothy in regards to check in/out, local attractions & restaurant/ cafe recomendations.The cottage is clean & well equipped. Washing machine is easy to use, we didn't use the dryer as the weather was fine & there is a clothes line.Would happily stay here again

The accommodation was worn out and smelt of mould. The furniture and fittings were definitely 1970’s and not in a good way. The promised views were definitely overrated. We left after five minutes and found excellent alternative accommodation.

Great location and views in Albany

We really enjoyed being at this location in the days leading up to Christmas. A short stroll down York in both directions with so many little shops to choose unique presents from was fantastic! And the choice of food and hotels was great too. Thank you.

Beautiful Albany

We loved our stay at Bella Rosa Cottage. She is an older property with loads of charm: great views and walking distance to the main street and eateries. The owner was lovely to deal with: with easy check-in and out and affordable price for its location. I will stay again next time I'm in Albany for work.

Great quiet but cental location

If you are looking to srsy in an historical ex-workers cottage very close to Albany's main street - then this place is perfect. Its in a quiet street with off road parking and great views from the terrace. It is very well equiped for up to 7 people and has access to a washing machine and tumbler.
