This fantastic beach’s house is light, bright, homely and very comfortable, summer or winter and is truly a home away from home with everything you need for your stay. Blue Views has a lovely feel about it and welcomes you the moment you walk in the door.

Blue Views is a split level holiday home to take advantage of ocean views, and is situated on the surf beach side of Inverloch, about a 10 minute walk to beaches via quiet leafy streets and paths, and 1.5 kmh into town centre. Walking paths start right out the front of the house and take you to the various stunning beaches or into town.

The large upstairs living area opens out onto a wide veranda so you can relax and watch the world go by during the day or the millions of stars at night. Ceiling fans in living area, plenty of comfy lounge seating and recliners along with large dining table.

Fully appointed kitchen including dishwasher, microwave oven, plenty of saucepans, fry pans (including electric fry pan), roasting & casserole dishes , sandwich press, plenty of utensils and more. Large corner pantry.

Appliances include ; TV (50"), dishwasher, refrigerator and air conditioner - all up to date to maintain high standards. The air conditioner warms or cools the entire house for your comfort. For winter stays there is additional heating for the bedroom areas to keep you warm.

Blue Views has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets,
Bedding configurations:- 2 x Queen beds, 1 x double bed, 2 x single beds, . Beds are all very comfy, mattresses have recently been updated.
Both queen room have tv’s and all bedrooms have ceiling fans.
Bedroom 4 (queen room) has its own bathroom and toilet. Pillows, doonas and bedding are regularly cleaned or renewed to maintain good hygiene and cleanliness.

Laundry has F&P top load washing machine (washing powder supplied) and a dryer in garage. Carport and garage along with plenty of driveway parking.

At the back of the house there is an enclosed outdoor area for the BBQ , tables and chairs for outdoor use.

Pet friendly, very safe and secure for your dog (s), who can roam safely around the well fenced and gated yard, or you can section off the side and back area for them - just bring your pets bed & bowls . Doggy doo daily pick up required. Maximum 2 dogs and this is firm ! and must be well behaved and please - no dogs on furniture or beds. If your dog needs to be left unattended at the house for a short time, they are to be left in the enclosed area which runs from the back of the house up to a gate on the north side of property. Please supply details of your pets when you enquire or book. Please do not request more than 2 dogs to avoid a decline.

BYO Sheets, pillow cases & towels or they are available at additional cost, just request when you book you will receive an updated quote. BYO linen over all high season bookings. No high chair available for toddlers.
