23 Solander Boulevard is located just fifty metres from Four Mile Beach and is positioned to catch the lovely warm sea breeze. With 5 spacious bedrooms, this beachside Queenslander is ideal for two families or a group of friends, comfortably accommodating 12 guests.

The open plan living and dining areas flow out to a large outdoor entertaining space. The deck continues around the enormous heated pool with plenty of room for sun baking and relaxation.

The fully equipped kitchen has an outlook onto the pool over a convenient servery.

Upstairs this two storey home has four bedrooms each with balcony access and an additional sitting area with TV. The master bedroom has an en-suite with spa and generous walk in robe.

Three more spacious bedrooms share a full size bathroom upstairs plus an additional downstairs bathroom. The downstairs bathroom can be accessed from inside or outside the house, perfect for rinsing off after a day in the pool.

The fifth bedroom is also downstairs with its own en-suite.

All bedrooms have air conditioning, the property has TV, DVD and Foxtel in the main living area plus a WiFi internet connection.

What a great home away from home!

We loved our ‘holiday home’. It had everything we needed for a week of relaxing with our extended family. We had mentioned that we had a young child with us- and waiting for us was a high chair and stair gates. Pool toys and beach toys were also available. Thankyou so much!

Exceptional family stay

23 Solander Blvd delivered everything it promised!! We spent a week at this fabulous property and the open plan dining, lounge and pool area was exceptional for our two large families to eat, drink, read, find some solitude or play! The house was fully equipped with everything we needed including a huge heated pool that opened up straight off the patio! We had a mix of teenage children and adults and everyone had everything they needed. Being right across the road from the beach the teenagers could wander freely and it’s only an easy walk into town. The property managers could not accommodate us more and were easily contacted and made our stay very easy. Overall this fully exceeded our expectations and would highly recommend Solander Blvd for your stay in Port Douglas.

Family Holiday

We could not have picked a worse week to visit Port Douglas Three days of torrential rain and then the water went off. The house was as perfect for us exactly as it was described online. The pool was excellent great size, very inviting. The house is really comfortable. The kitchen contains everything you need. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean and light. The location was incredible short walk to the beach, 20 minute walk or 3 minute drive to the town where all the amazing cafes and restaurants are. Matt and the team at Port Douglas Getaways were amazing they delivered bottled water kept us informed about what was happening with the water and the roads. Would definitely recommend them.
