Enjoy this recently renovated & landscaped home in Wainscott. With 5 bedrooms spread out across the house allowing for privacy and relaxation across the two floors.
There is an abundance of living and entertaining space you will be able to enjoy your days and evenings by the pool and patio, and may never want to leave. As the weather cools, enjoy the firepit keeping warm.
The house has town water, the pool is heated, there is HVAC, as well as sonos and WiFi inside and out. There are 3 cruiser bikes to ride to the local shops & beach
