A freshly modernized stand alone house in the dynamic East side of Christchurch city. Situated only 10 minutes from the city (Central Business District) and 20 minutes from the International Airport. There is a local cafe within 3 mins walk (Cafe Jireh). Across the road is Nga Hau E Wha National Marae and He Tangata Maori Experience to immerse in the culture. This self contained home has easy access to all the city has to offer within a 20 minute drive.

Nice property bit confusing as to 3 red bedroom online and futon beds not very comfortable Shower great needs bit of work and door would be better than a curtain Location for us was good very noisy and busy road but no one can fix that House rating 4 out of 5 could have been 5 if futon beds were good singles

Good communication with Nina, clear instructions, had everything you needed, loved the chocolate and free coffee vouchers (even though we didn’t get to use them). The only thing that was missing for us was a cork screw for our red wine.

We really enjoyed staying here. We stayed in the middle of winter and the central heating kept us warm and cosy. It’s a really lovely and welcoming house.

Newly renovated, clean, tidy, perfect for the weekend!

We had a great stay at the house. Property has been recently renovated so everything was fairly new. We loved the breakfast and the pears from the tree outside were delicious. The sofa bed in the extra room was just perfect and my son commented "he had the best sleep ever" Communication with the owner was quick and efficient. We will, no doubt, return in the future.
