Fantastic location and accommodation, I would 100% book again. Check in was easy, Sheila touched base once I arrived to make sure I was settled and to answer and questions. The house was perfectly clean and stocked with anything you might need on your stay. The highland cows out the front were a highlight! The fully fenced yard was amazing for peace of mind with the dogs. Thank you for a brilliant stay

An absolutely amazing place, our only regret was not staying a bit longer to absorb the tranquility. Shelia was an excellent host and had thought of everything. Very quick to respond if we did need something. Just a stunning property and so calm and conducive to unwinding from city life. Loved the cows, sheep and the peaceful forest it backed onto. Heaps of space so didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. A million times better than staying in a hotel. We will be back!

Great stay

Unfortunately it bucketed down the whole trip so we didn’t get to do a walk around the property, but the house was big enough for the kids to play inside and they still had a great time. Beds were very comfy and rooms were spacious. Would definitely stay again!

Sheila was the perfect host. The place was fantastic for a girls trip. Perfect location, wood fire was fantastic. I would definitely go back again for another girls trip and a mini family holiday.

Best location for a family get together.

Perfect place for a quality family vacation

The house is sparkling clean, plenty space to do activities, the kitchen is fully functional, has plenty kitchenware. We can see the cows from our backyard, our dog Sunny loves it. It’s a very very nice place to stay, we will be back.

A spacious and well-equipped property in a beautiful location, we would not hesitate to recommend this holiday rental. Self-catering was very straightforward with the breadth of equipment provided. Furnishings were comfortable and practical.
