About this property

Holiday house in beautiful Shoal Bay-close to everything

This newly renovated family house is on a single level with large living areas and new modern furniture. The main living area is air conditioned if required plus a ceiling fan. Furniture consists of 3 x seater and 2 x seater leather lounges plus 2 x leather recliners with foot stools. Other accessories include a 42 inch LED LCD HD television , large leather ottoman ,blueray / DVD player, OPTUS FETCH with 30 free movies included.
WIFI is now available on the NBN Network free of charge
Main bedroom has ensuite.
2nd toilet and separate bathroom also.
Portable baby cot with change area plus high chair with safety strap is now available.

Kitchen / Dining / Bedrooms

The spacious fully equiped new kitchen and dining area features electric oven and gas cooktop , microwave , dishwasher and large family size fridge.
The new dining suite can seat four or extend to fit eight diners comfortably.
Also included is a two seater leather lounge and 32 inch
HD LCD television with blueray/DVD player.
IPod dock is also included for your tunes.
Free WiFi included.
Main ensuite bedroom has a queen size bed and built in wardrobe. A ceiling fan is also provided.
Second bedroom has a queen size bed ,built ins and ceiling fan.
Third bedroom has a single bed plus bunks , built-ins and ceiling fan. for safety reasons do not use the ceiling fan when top bunk is occupied. The fourth bedroom has a two single beds. This bedroom also has built-in wardrobe and ceiling fan.
YEAR ROUND SPECIAL-All linen and towels now included at no extra cost.

Entertainment area

The large covered entertainment area has been newly renovated and features 10 seater outdoor setting plus large gas Bar-B Que with hood . This area is open at each end to take advantage of a beautiful sea breeze.

Nice place in nice area.

We have stayed here before. Barry communicates well. We brought grandchildren this time, and whilst not quite childproof, it does well and has plenty of plastic bowls and cups to cater for the chidren. We were very happy here. Shoal Bay is lovely. The road ourside can be busy.

Good value modern house

The owner was particularly helpful. All Shoal Bay is near the beach, but this is one of the furthest away.. It was modern clean and suited us very well. It was a great price for a 4br place.

My mother and I enjoyed our stay. the house was beautifully furnished, very clean and modern. All you could ask for appliances and the kitchen was very well equipped with all you would require. Great location & everything you need

We have just returned from a 10 day stay in Shoal Bay. We were two families with kids ranging 1-11, and there was plenty of space to suit everyone’s needs. The property was clean, and all of the listed amenities were in working order with clear instructions. We really enjoyed the outdoor eating area & bbq! Barry was also a pleasure to deal with & responded quickly when I contacted regarding check-in & feedback on our stay. We will be back!

Excellent home away from home accommodation.

Thank you for your attention to detail in terms of providing basic equipment in the kitchen and other areas. My nieces and their children were particularly impressed by the presence of a washing machine and a dishwasher along with plenty of plates, glasses, large serving bowls, cutlery, etc. We all had a ball. All things considered, the best family accommodation we experienced in the area so far. Keep up the good work, Barry and Cathy.

Great Family Holiday Home

Fantastic holiday house for families! We loved our stay. The house was really clean & tidy. There were basic pantry staples like olive oil, which we were grateful for. We had three children staying in our group (5months, 3 & 4.5) and felt the house was very kid friendly, the fenced backyard was great & our girls loved the beautiful frangipani trees out the front. The house is located on a fairly busy main road so while it is an easy 1km walk to the Shoal Bay waterfront & esplanade for adults, without a sidewalk pathway it was safer to drive the kids down. The bedrooms are all at the back of the house so despite the busy road, they were quiet, private & comfy. We really loved the big collection of plastic plates too. We would love to visit again one day.
