Bedroom 1 contains a queen bed, ensuite and balcony with views to Avoca Lake. Bedroom 2 downstairs contains a queen bed, enjoying ocean views. Additional sleeping
arrangements consist of 1 x double bunk and a full sized single trundle bed, plus a queen size sofa bed.

Please note, no children under 3 to stay at the property.
