This property is located within a short walking distance of Macrossan Street the main shopping area of Port Douglas it is also very close to the beach and the Marina. Located in a small group of townhouses and surrounded by tropical gardens, we offer a fully self contained, larger than average property that can be rented with one or two bedrooms so suitable for one couple, families or two couples. There is a swimming pool in the complex for your enjoyment, it is very private and quiet great for sunbathing and a cooling swim.

The townhouse is very spacious and can be let with either one or two bedrooms. It is fully self contained with a bedroom and ensuite bathroom on the ground floor; upstairs contains the lounge, kitchen and a bedroom and ensuite bathroom. There are two balconies accessible from the lounge containing outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Also on the ground floor is a full size laundry and undercover parking
Locality
Port Douglas is located 1 hour north of Cairns, a spectacular drive that takes you past the beautiful Coral Sea with views of sandy beaches and tropical wooded hills. You can travel by shuttle bus, hire car or limousines all available from Cairns International and Domestic airports. Marlin Terraces is located in Mudlo Street, just a short distance from Macrossan Street .

We had a great stay. The apartment was excellent, with very good facilities and everything we needed. The place was well maintained, the other residents on the block were friendly and respectful, and the host was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.
The place was perfect for our holiday adventure. Janice was very helpful if anything arose which wasn’t often, we had a great stay and would happily stay again.
Lovely apartment with great deck seating, loved the layout and great combination of fans and aircon to keep cool. Bathrooms are great as well. Undercover parking is a bonus. Good Bbq as well.
Property was immaculately clean, very comfortable and well resourced.
Perfect location, a ten minute walk into Port Douglas.

The property was lovely and spacious. Very neat and tidy. Janice our host was very responsive and happy to help at all times. The location was great as it was a 10min walk to the main street in Port Douglas. Lovely spot to stay.

how close it was to everything. plus, price was very good.
This was our first time in Port Douglas and our stay was perfect. Great property, beautifully laid out and a short walk to everything. Will definitely be coming back.
Janice made it easy and was on hand for any questions, and lovely to deal with.
Great place to stay. Walking distance to Main Street and marina. Very welcoming and everything you would want whether it was kitchen, laundry, beach chairs or umbrellas. Wouldn’t even bother to look anywhere else next time we visit.
Fantastic accommodation for a family. Within walking distance to the main street and beach and a nice small but deep pool for cooling down. Very clean too.

Our stay in Port Douglas was made better by this property. It was walking distance to the Main Street, the marina, the beach. Very clean and had everything we needed for our family vacation. Would definitely return.
Our holiday in PD was fabulous. The location made it an easy walk to the shopping strip, the beach or the marina. The apartment was well laid out with little extras to make our stay comfortable. Communication with the property owner was flawless and all instructions etc were very clear and concise. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a holiday in PD.

As for adults we were extremely happy with this accommodation. Very accurate to information. Owner was pleasant fast responding and very accommodating to all that we needed. We all said we’d be more than happy to stay at this address again. Thank you Janice.

No. 6 Marlin Tce on Mudlo is centrally located within Port Douglas. Everything we needed was in walking distance. The property is clean and well resourced. We had excellent communication with the owner which made our arrival and stay easy.
We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment. The location is perfect near to the main street, beach, marina etc. the apartment is very spacious with everything you need and more , two balconies and two bathrooms with big showers, a parking space if you need it and washing machine . The communication from the owner was good with very clear instructions. We had a lovely stay in Port Douglas
A Wonderful Stay with Just a Minor NoteWe had an absolutely fantastic time staying at this property. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The check-in process was seamless and easy, and the property was spotlessly clean, making our stay incredibly comfortable.The online listing was accurate, and communication with the owner was excellent—Owner was responsive and ensured we had everything we needed. The location was ideal, offering the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility.One minor note: during our three-week stay, we noticed the swimming pool could have benefited from more regular maintenance. There were some old leaves in the water, and on different days, we encountered a crab and a large toad. While this didn’t detract from our overall enjoyment, more frequent pool care would make an already wonderful property even better.Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this property to others !
