About this property

Pavilion on Pirates.

"Pavilion on Pirates" is a modern, well appointed 5 bedroom beach house literally steps away from the renown Eaglehawk Neck surf beach. Perfect for family getaways, small groups or romantic escapes.

Absolutely stunning views of Pirates Bay incorporating Eaglehawk Neck beach, Clyde Island and the Hippolyte Rocks.

45 minutes from Hobart Airport and 1 hour from Hobart it is the perfect location to explore the Tasman Peninsula .... Port Arthur, the geological formations such as the tesselated pavement, the blowhole, Devils Kitchen and Remarkable Cave, long white sandy beaches, soaring sea cliffs and abundant wildlife.

Accommodation consists of 2 large living areas one of which is an open plan living, kitchen, dining and the other is a sunroom with sliding stacker doors on one side that open up to the sheltered, sunny courtyard. This makes a fabulous playing and entertaining area. In addition there are 5 bedrooms, a deck overlooking the beach, pool spa with a private heated shower, fully equiped kitchen, heaters in every room and wonderful children's playground.

Plenty of onsite parking for cars and boats.

Absolute beachfront.

We love having large groups to stay, but if you are wanting to party in the night then this isn't the property for you. Good relations with our neighbours are very important to us and is a matter we take very seriously.


Sleep

Bedroom 1- Master bedroom contains King sized bed with spectacular beach views

Bedroom 2 - Bunk room contains 1 set of bunk beds and a single bed, sleeps 3. Children's themed doona covers on request.

Bedroom 3 - Contains Queen sized bed with beach views, sleeps 2

Bedroom 4 - Contains Queen sized bed with flat screen television and dvd player, sleeps 2

Bedroom 5 - Bunk room contains 1 set of bunk beds, sleeps 2. Children's themed doona covers on request. There is room for another bed in here if required.

Only bedrooms required will be accessible. 4 guests gives access to 2 bedrooms, 6 guests 3 bedrooms etc. Extra charges will apply for extra bedrooms.

fabulous beach retreat

Our stay at Pavilion on Pirates was wonderful, the home was comfortable, spacious, had most things we needed and was very relaxing. The views of the wild southerly waves and beach were spectacular and the beach was very accessible from the house. Little things were thought of such as hot water tap to wash your feet down when coming back from the beach.

Such a beautiful outlook - the view of the beach and proximity to the ocean was amazing. Sitting inside at the table or waking up in the morning was an absolute joy with this magical view. Enjoyable family stay

The stunning, panoramic view of the beach from numerous spots in this house is amazing! The house itself is also fabulous with a huge kitchen, living area and kid’s playroom, all of which are well equipped with everything you need for a great stay. The beds are super comfy and the spa was the icing on the cake - especially for the 5 grandkids! Wonderful location with a short, easy pathway to the beautiful beach. We all loved it so much we were talking about a return trip on our drive home.

Amazing property

Couldn't have asked for a better spot. Heaps of space for all 6 of us to relax. Nice spa to bubble away the stress of the day or chill out in after a big day of fishing. Awesome views and great set-up for 2 families

We found this property perfect for a 2 family get-away! Kids played in the separate living area complete with lots of toys, leaving the toasty fire in the main lounge room to the parents. Lots of board games. The separate bedroom wings worked perfect for each family to be in one end when we needed to wind down. It was pretty rainy whilst we were there but the kids still got a lot out of the play equipment, and watching the surfers in the waves from the house. Would definitely stay again.

Came stocked with towels. Bed sheets and beds comfortable for a relaxing nights sleep. House was well stocked with glasses, plates, pots and pans. Games and puzzles were fabulous. Great BBQ location and spa. The most amazing view of the beach. Lots of places in the house to go to be alone and relax. Amazing location and central to many iconic locations. It's an easy walk to the beach. Hotel with bar and restaurant a stone's throw away. Our host was very helpful and returned all my emails and calls promptly.
