Excellent property. Easy access, succinct communication from owner. No unnecessary comms - appreciated that. Super nice house. Beautifully clean and convenient.
Our family have stayed at this property previously and it's perfect for a summer holiday. There's beaches nearby, lots of great food in the area, and this is the quiet side of the Mornington Peninsula - please don't tell anyone! The house has everyone we need and the garden is a lovely place to relax after a day at the beach.
Lovely beach house in a quiet location, easy walking distance to the beach and close to Point Leo. We loved the outdoor space and garden in particular. Kitchen is well equipped.
Such a lovely and inviting place to stay in Shoreham! The house was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. We really enjoyed the spacious outdoor area. Would highly recommend
Shoreham remains the best place to escape the masses on the Mornington Peninsula, and the Shoreham Cottage is the perfect property in which to do so. It has everything you could need and the garden and outdoor area are great for summer evenings.
This was our second time staying for a couple of weeks over summer. Cosy and comfortable house and lovely garden and outdoor space perfect for relaxing. Outdoor shower is both useful and a treat after a chilly day at the beach.
Very comfortable and well equipped Shoreham home with great outdoor dining area. Adair, the host was extremely responsive and communicative. Warmly recommended.
Lovely house but was freezing when we arrived and there was minimal to no kindling to get fire started. This also meant we couldn’t get the pizza oven going. We kept the fire going continuously so the house stayed warm. Great location!

HI Sophie
Sorry you found it cold on your arrival. Unfortunately that is country Victoria at this time of the year. The pizza oven is very difficult to light in the colder months because it has been so wet, takes a lot of persistence and time.
Regards
Adair
We loved our stay at Shoreham Cottage. Great time for our family with 3 teenage kids for nearly two weeks to chill out, walk / run to beach and then cook pizza’s in the wood fired oven in the back garden. We would stay again.

Cottage by the sea
The cottage was well equipped and the bathroom and kitchen had been updated. The beds were very comfortable with excellent bedding. The location was perfect & in close proximity to the Pines beach, Montalto. Pt Leo Estate, Flinders etc.
Given we were staying during a cold winter weekend, the heating
remained a challenge. The temperature of the cottage on arrival was
5 degrees, the split system slow but luckily I knew how to operate the wood stove. Instructions to remind me would have helped ie the venting, the power point needed to be turned on etc. The rest of the cottage was unheated.

HI Sue
I'm sorry you found the house cold and that I didn't leave instructions about turning the power on for the fan to work on the wood fire oven. Once you get the wood fire oven going it heats the house efficiently and becomes a very cosy place to sit and relax.
Kind regards
Adair

Awesome place
Could not have been happier with this place. It was the perfect place for a relaxing weekend away. The house was so comfortable, cosy, clean and had such a nice feel to it. The back yard is beautiful, we ended up spending lots of time here! The owner had everything sorted for us which made the weekend stress free. We would definitely book again if we head down that way again.

What a place to spend a weekend!
Perfect house for our girls weekend away. Comfy lounge room to relax in with a cosy open fire and a great location. Situated inbetween the lovely village of Flinders, the great supermarket in Balnarring and, of course, the beautiful wineries of the Mornington Peninsula.

Charming property
Shoreham Cottage is a delightful beach house, very comfortable and thoughtfully appointed, with a pretty garden. The living/dining room and the wide back verandah are especially nice, as well as the excellent beds and bedding, the outside shower and the hammocks - and of course the short walk to the beach.

The house was very well presented & homely. Our 4 night stay was most enjoyable, peaceful & relaxing
The house was very well presented & homely. Our 4 night stay was most enjoyable, peaceful & relaxing. The weather was very good & we spent some wonderful time on the beach, just a 10 min. walk from the house. We actually enjoyed ourselves that much we even wanted to extend our stay, but we had no luck with that. The back yard would be great during warmer weather, both sun & shade.
