Cosy 3 bedroom cottage in old Shoreham area close to Shoreham general store, beach and Mornington Peninsula wineries. Spacious garden with large outdoor eating area and wood fired pizza oven.

Delightful cottage in tranquil 'old' Shoreham location. Surrounded by greenery in a rural setting. Spacious garden with vegetable and herb garden, fruit trees and plenty of room to run around.
Features include HOT outdoor shower for when you get back from the beach. Outdoor dining table under the pergola and cooking with gas BBQ and pizza oven. Inside there is a fully equipped Kitchen with everything you need to cook up a storm as well as a dishwasher to help with the clean up.
