A huge deck provides panoramic 180-degree views with BBQ, sun lounges and covered entertaining area. Majestic views of whales frolicking during migration seasons. Upstairs ducted aircon. Log fire in winter with wood supplied.

4-minute walk to patrolled surf beach (rated in top 10 in Australia 2025), iconic sandstone caves and popular surf club coffeeshop. Easy stroll to Caves Beach Hotel and village shops. 5-minute drive to Swansea town centre (including Woolworths and Coles) and stunning Lake Macquarie.

We have so many happy memories of holidays at Caves Beach -whether in the surf, relaxing on the deck looking out over the ocean or playing games in the backyard. The sunsets and whale migrations are a favourite. It's also a lovely winter house with wood fire and open plan kitchen/living
