Shaylee Retreat - Relax under the stars

Luxury townhouse ideal for a romantic get-a-way or a family treat. Just 200m from Inverloch's popular inlet beach and an easy 10 minute flat stroll to main town cafes, restaurants and shops.

Key-less access so you don't need to worry about picking up & dropping off keys! Air conditioning to all rooms and WiFi.

About Shaylee Retreat

Lower floor - Spacious open plan living area comprising of a modern fully equipped kitchen, dining and spacious lounge opening out to a private garden courtyard.

Upstairs - Master bedroom (1 x king bed, 1 x double pull out sofa bed, full en-suite and TV), guest room (1 x queen bed), open sitting area with double pullout sofa bed and common bathroom. Maximum of 4 adults per stay.

Roof - Synthetic grass deck with 2 x deck lounges.

All bedding, linen and pillows are provided. Tea, coffee and sugar are also provided. All you need to bring is your clothes, beach towels, bucket and spade!


Booking Conditions

Check in time: 3PM, Check out: 11AM. No additional cost for early-late times subject to availability.

SORRY NO SCHOOLIES, PARTY GROUPS, WATER BALLOONS, NO SMOKING INSIDE and DEFINITELY NO PETS OF ANY KIND ALLOWED ON THIS PROPERTY!!!!!!!

Guests MUST make every effort leave property CLEAN and TIDY before checking out.

Payment Method - Credit card or EFT Direct Deposit

10% deposit is required to secure the booking. Balance of payment is due 14 days including $250 bond prior to booking date. Bond refunded upon inspection of the property following the booked dates and return of the keys.

CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATION
-ANY cancellation will incur a $50 inconvenience fee.
-Cancellation more than 30 days prior to booked start start date will be given full refund (less $50 fee).
-Cancellation less than 30 days prior to the booked start date the deposit will be retained unless the property is re-booked for the period cancelled.
-No refunds will be made for early departure once the booking has commenced.

Owners reserve the right to refuse any booking.

My family and I loved the fabulous house and location, only five minutes walk from the beach. Very easy check in, great communication with the owner, nice big roomy town house and loved all the modern features. If we're back in the area, would love to stay here again!

A great mini break

We loved our stay at Shaylee. It had everything we needed and the beds were comfy. I'd recommend it.Steve was very helpful. I would say that the stairs are steep when coming down and a handrail at the top would help, so not for those with wonky knees. But otherwise great! Thanks.

Excellent Inverloch retreat

A perfect place to stay in Inverloch! The property is clean, well-maintained, and in an unbeatable location. While the three flights of stairs might be a bit challenging for older guests, I’ll definitely be coming back. One of the best Stayz accommodations we’ve ever experienced!

Inverloch let-down.

my wife and I are,aged in our 80's. we had no prior idea of what to expect, flat was architecturally modern, pleasant and clean. BUT all bedrooms were upstairs reached only by a steep staircase which was BLOODY dangerous, so that our movement within the space as minimised. I would only advise visits by public safety authorities. Please modify before someone is seriously hurt, and /or give better pre-information.
