Security patrolled, this immaculate and spacious architectural designed executive home in excess of 40sqs offers a great getaway for families to enjoy the coastal hamlet of Torquay. Modern furnishings throughout with 6 bedrooms. Large open plan gourmet kitchen with European appliances. Expansive family room downstairs leading onto alfresco entertaining area. XBox, games & tv rumpus area upstairs to entertain kids of any age.

For your added security, this property is only managed in Australia and we never request payments be made to overseas bank accounts

Please note no bed linen, towels or amenities are supplied.

As this is a private home located in a residential resort community, no parties are permitted on the property and there are strict noise regulations prohibiting outside verandah usage past 9pm.
