About this property
Beach Cottage in the Heart of Mandurah
Absolute beach front – with private beach access!! Free Wifi, reverse cycle air conditioning, dishwasher, even a Nespresso machine this 3 x 2 family beach holiday cottage overlooking Comet Bay is an amazing holiday home.
Strolling distance to Mandurah Marina and walking distance to the cinemas, Mandurah Performing Arts and foreshore where you can hire a boat, kayak, paddle board or bike to discover the estuary, canals and trails of the area. x2 Queen beds and x3 sets of single bunks. A second toilet and shower is located in the laundry which is equipped with washing machine and dryer.
The bed configuration is:
Bedroom 1: 1 Queen
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen
Bedroom 3: 3 Single bunks (6 singles) - please note this is a walk-through room.
PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately pets are not allowed at this property.
NO LEAVERS/FUNCTIONS PERMITTED
Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.
By booking with us you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in our Rental Policy and agree to follow our HOUSE RULES:
- No pets
- No smoking anywhere inside the property
- Report any breakages or damage
- Check-out by your agreed time
- Respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum after 9pm
- Follow our STRICT NO PARTY POLICY.
- The primary guest making the booking must be at least 25 years old and staying at the property for the duration of the reservation.
If you are in any doubt as to this policy, please contact us immediately. Following these rules will ensure your security bond (if applicable) is returned to you in full and on time. Breaking these rules may result in charges being incurred as detailed in our terms and conditions. If you respect the property as you would your own home, you can relax and enjoy your stay.
