One dog under 30 lbs allowed but $50 pet fee must be checked at the time of booking. Exceptions to policy but must be pre-approved. Including service/comfort pets.

Enjoy the Mississippi Gulf Coast and Bay St Louis at our completely renovated Old Town Cottage that has just been listed updated & modern.

A comfortable and relaxing 2 bedrooms (both with queen size beds), one full bath with plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the weather. Our cottage has new furniture, appliances starting with a modern Livingroom with Wicker style furniture consisting of sofa, 2 chairs with ottomans, coffee table & large smart flat screen TV. A modern fully equipped kitchen, stainless steel refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and sink with garbage disposal; Custom built cabinets and granite countertops in the kitchen. Dining area with 3 stools at kitchen counter and a dining table that sits 4.

Plantation blinds throughout; Ceiling fans in bedrooms and living area; Laminate wood and ceramic tile floors. New full size washer and dryer in large laundry room. Large front porch with two rocking chairs, table and a 6 foot swing; Rear deck with table and 4 chairs shaded with an off set 10 foot umbrella, equipped with a propane barbeque pit. Fully fenced in yard; Central air and heat, and Three car limestone parking area.

The cottage is just blocks from the historic downtown with all the restaurants, shops, public pier, beach front of Bay St Louis. Blocks from Highway 90 that will take you anywhere along the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Less than 2 miles to the Hollywood Casino on the Gulf Coast for those that want more excitement and with a short drive to several popular Swamp tours for outdoor adventure. For an easy and fun day trip, New Orleans is less than an hour's drive away along with all the attractions of the New Orleans metro area.

We do accept one small dog upon approval with a small pet fee...please ask. We also offer lower weekly and monthly rates throughout the year...please ask for a quote.

Very cute house! Renovated and kept up very well, not walkable to the main restaurants and shopping downtown but perfect with a golf cart!!!! Stocked well with towels and other amenities. Check in was easy and property manager checked in with us to see how our stay was going. Would rent again.

Jeepin the Coast weekend stay

The pictures do not do this cottage justice. The place was immaculate, nicely furnished and stocked with everything you need for your stay. We had a great time, highly recommend and would definitely rent again.

Would definitely choose this property again

The house was perfect for us. It was immaculate and the beds were some of the most comfortable I have ever encountered in a short term rental. The open kitchen/living room area were very comfortable. The decor was pleasant without being over the top. The property is close to downtown Bay St Louis and an easy drive to Pass Christian. I would definitely choose this property again next time I am in the area.

Short week-end get away

Clean, beautiful, and quite!! Although it was almost 90 degrees, sat on the shaded front porch and it was wonderful! Harold made the check in very easy and provided a lot of extra information regarding the area. He was a joy to work with. Loved It!!! We will return!!

Best Holiday Ever

My wife almost cried when we arrived the house was lovely the owner even put a Poinsettia plant out for Christmas. We brought our pug and the yard was fenced in and even the front porch. We will be back next year.

We loved our stay in this sparkling clean cottage. It had everything we needed. Our only problem was the television. We were not able to get any channels to “work” and there were no instructions.

Week stay in BSL

We were escaping our construction zone repairs from hurricane Ian. This place was perfect for some down time. House was clean, comfortable beds, nice appliances and a well stocked set up. Perfect for a couple or a small family. Pet friendly too.

Great House!!

This was a great house for a short vacation. It is about 3 blocks from the beach, which was the only downfall, but the house was perfect!!! Very clean, great backyard and front porch!! Would definitely recommend.

Beautifully maintained home

Very comfortable and quaint home. Renovated so well. Crown molding, new appliances, pretty flooring. and great fenced in backyard. I have family in the area and it was close to everything. Management agency very helpful all the way through to my stay. I would stay there again.

Bay St Louis Cottage

This property was newly renovated and in perfect condition. It was equipped with all the essential kitchen utensils and cookware. We really enjoyed the front porch and fenced backyard. It was conveniently located - a 3 minute drive to restaurants and beaches. We will definitely stay here again !!!
