35 Hewett Rd - Beach-Side Family Getaway
Summary:
Tucked in behind the sand hills and only a very short walk to the beach is this much loved family get-a-way. Walk to the Kuti Shack for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The beach is at the back door of this great beach house. This spacious, neat and tidy home comprises a galley style kitchen with dishwasher, 3 living areas, 2 TV's and DVD players, ceiling fans, 2 bathrooms with toilet and washing machine. The back verandah has a BBQ and outdoor table and chairs. Under cover parking.
Sleeps 8 guests Queen x 1 Double x 1 Bunk x 1 Single x 1 Trundle x 1 (beds have blankets only, no quilts)
* A $500 refundable security BOND is required on all bookings & must be received prior to receiving key collection instructions
* Please report any cleaning issues or maintenance on arrival to avoid any responsibility issues on departure
* Guests are asked to remove all excess rubbish on departure
* Porta Cots & High chairs available for hire through Elders Goolwa
* Blankets and pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own fitted & flat sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels or hire them through Victor Linen on 0419 803 769
* We DO NOT accept Schoolies Bookings or group bookings of under 25's
* We have a NO PARTY / BUCKS / HENS / LARGE GATHERING policy at our holiday homes
* Please respect neighbours & keep the peaceful atmosphere of this residential location

Failed to txt security code to property. Lack of wifi information. Lack of cleaning equipment to keep house tidy & clean. Outside patio area not clean really disgusting. Bbq was unusable. Still cobwebs in house above fridge not clean.
