Located in one of locals and travelers favorite neighborhoods, our home sits just 5 houses off the sand and a very short stroll to fun, food and shopping on Main St/Pacific City/HB PIER.
This multi-level home features a ground floor with an expansive Great Room ( Two 56" Flatscreens, Gourmet Kitchen, bar seating, oversized couches, separate laundry room and direct access to indoor 2 car garage.
There is also 2 patios ... front patio offering plenty of outdoor furniture to enjoy a glass of wine, gorgeous Sunsets and enjoy a visit with one our lovely neighbors. Extensive glass wind barriers and firepit add comfort all year long.
The rear patio features includes built-in gas bbq, outdoor bar with built-in blender.
The 2nd floor features:
Master Bedroom with King Bed, 50" Flatscreen, Ceiling Fans, Balcony w/Ocean and Island Views, Fireplace, Sunken Tub w/Jets and Custom Walkin Shower.

Living Room w/ Large Sectional Sofa containing pullout Bed, 42" Flatscreen and built in Office Area.

Two Additional Bedrooms featuring Queen Beds and a Jack n Jill Bathroom.

The Top Floor has stunning WhiteWater and Island View, built-in Bar w/ mini frig and icemaker. Custom Billiard Table and Twin 58" Sony Flatscreens finish off this Amazing Gameroom. (2) Fullsize Futons and Full Bathroom

Great stay at an amazing location

Well laid out place, plenty of room and lots of amenities. We really enjoyed our stay here. Walking distance to beach, downtown and restaurants. Hosts were easy to communicate with and responsive.

Fabulous house!

Great for group of friends or family. Very spacious home. Lots of rooms for everyone to sit and watch TV. Home nicely decorated. The kitchen is huge with a fabulous cook top right in the middle! Billiard room upstairs is a great bonus! The owner was very attentive. Loved the fireplace in the master! Easy check-in and checkout.

Tom was great

Tom helped me in a pinch. Place was perfect landing spot for this trip (and will be for many more). Many places to retreat to, Tom's of living areas and TVs. Great proximity to all HB (walk), Newport and Long Beach. Tom checked in frequently to make sure we were good. Next time we'll use the beach cruisers and BBQ! We did use the firepit and pool table.

We really enjoyed our visit to HB and Tom was super hospitable. Walking distance to beach and the awesome downtown with our favorite shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again!

Can’t beat the location and space!

We had a very nice relaxing stay at the property over the holidays. The house has tons of space for our family with three teenagers who needed their “private time 😂”…. Tom was extremely responsive with the very small snag we encountered with the TV on our arrival. It was six to no time. The location is five houses from the beach literally you can be on the beach in two minutes. Well-maintained house and clean. Highly recommend especially if you have a larger group. We only had five people and we had tons of space left over.

Really great - felt like home

We booked the house two days before arrival as we moved up our trip due to Covid restrictions. Tom was great and welcomed us on arrival. The house was so comfortable and we felt at home straight away. Our two young kids (5 and 7) enjoyed the space the house has to offer and also the short walk to the playground on 9th street. All in all, 100% recommend and we would have stayed longer but the following week was already booked. Next time!

Lovely house near the beach

This house was even better than we expected. So comfortable and well laid out. The managers were very thoughtful, respectful and kind. The house is just a short walk to the beach and restaurants, so well located. I would definitely recommend this to anybody wanting to stay in Huntington Beach!
